I hate going to doctors offices. But, the doctors and nurses along with all support staff at Premier Pain Solutions in Columbus NC are some of the most compassionate and caring people I've ever met. Doctor Daniel Borman always takes time to listen and work with you on the best treatment plan for each patient. I would recommend anyone experiencing chronic pain to go see them. I would not go anywhere else. Thank you to everyone for your kindness and professionalism, Phillip Allison

Dr was very nice, came up with a plan, nurse was super. The problem with premier pain is the communication after you leave. It's hard to get a return call back. Make sure you know all you need to know before you leave. They sent me for a x ray, a week later I'm still waiting for a return call back, so I had to go to my ortho to get another x ray, both of which I will pay for, but I had to know what my problem was. I did call them and spoke to someone who said she would check with Dr and call me back, still no call back. Due to the kindness of the staff, I will continue to be a patient there, if they are able to resolve my problems with my back and legs. The knee was not related to my visit, I just took a tumble the morning of my visit. So praying they find a resolution to the problem. I would recommend you give it a try, just make sure you don't need to get in touch with them once you leave.

What a great office, from the moment you enter your greeted with a smile from the ladies at the front desk. Dr Baksh is the physician I see and he always has time to ask me how my life is going. He genuinely cares about his patients. The ladies in the back are also so efficient and extremely sweet. There's not 1 thing I would recommend to change. Thank you all for taking such good care of me.

My insurance would not approve procedure, for some reason I could not speak to the person that deals with this issue. At my 1st visit I did not get any Rx for pain and was scheduled for 1 month away for injection, they cancelled my Monday visit on the Friday before. I called them on Tuesday to see what else could be done. It seemed they just wanted me to go away ....I eventually got an appointment and got an Rx for pain medicine. I had to get records from physical therapy, don't know what was done with them... On my 3rd visit I asked how much to pay cash for injection. It was less then I had paid for the office visits. Poor communication and I think they could have tried more with my insurance.

I've been a patient of Dr. Baksh for quite a while now. Due to a severe work injury years ago I had to change careers. Premiere pain Solutions has allowed me the relief i need to continue working fulltime without dealing with the daily pain I was used to living with. He gives you options and always takes his time to listen to your questions. From the moment you enter his office the staff is always ready to welcome you and take care of any concerns you may have . I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr Baksh and his staff to help with your chronic pain problems.update, had my 1st procedure done there yesterday. being very nervous, they were so good with explaining what was going to happen and assured me that I would be just fine. I have every confidence in Dr Baksh and his team. Simply put, THEY CARE!..still would highly recommend

Betty at the front desk automatically sets a relaxed comfortable setting when you enter the office. She always has a warm smile of greeting. Chris Campbell, PA has been with me on this painful journey for going on 2 years. He to always has a smile and something nice to say. It’s very important to me to see the same provider at each visit, because Chris knows my background and works with me to find solutions to any health problems that pop up. Dr. Baksh, I cannot say enough good about him. I started seeing him going on 5-6 years ago, when I could hardly walk straight up. He listened to me, and diligently worked on getting the best treatment plan to help with my degenerative disease, fibromyalgia, disc issues, pinched nerves, it goes on and on. And I cannot leave out Courtney!!!! Thank you for being a shoulder, and just always being willing to help. I genuinely love my pain management group! I hope to be with them for a very long time.

Great practice so far. I loved how professional and friendly Dr. Bakesh was. They accommodated my physical and mental needs for my nerve block. Now on to the ablation. I would recommend them . But they are the most efficient pain management clinic I've ever been to. There are times when you feel a bit rushed - but Dr. Bakesh always treats you with respect and performs the procedure successfully, while carrying himself politely. (I need special sedation and hope he maintains the meds, as they are physician backed .) So many pain management specialists have been dismissive, rude, condescending or inept. Thankfully that is Not this practice.

Everyone was real nice and reassuring. If this injection doesn't work I will not be getting anymore. This was my 4th one in 6 months. One has really helped. I've lived with pain for many years now and it has interrupted my life and kept me from doing things. I don't like taking meds unless absolutely necessary. I'm tired of doing anything.

I chose to visit Premier Pain Solutions based on three reasons: a recommendation from my doctor, because they accept both insurance and cash paying patients, and because of the wide variety of services they offer/use to help alleviate chronic pain. I chose to stay on as a patient because of the amazing clinical AND office staff who always listen to me. Because of the functionality I’ve regained while under the care of Premier Pain Solutions, I am enjoying more time playing with my children. I am even able to consistently work part-time now. That’s something I haven’t done in 10 years, and it has helped my mental health as a result.
