Pros: Very Good quality food. We’ve visited several times and very pleased with the food. Inside is open for dining and no drama over CV19 mask wearing.
Cons: Place seemed understaffed and slow to produce order. Employee came in from parking lot, disposed of trash and started handling food without washing hands. Sandwiches sat on counter while employees worked out orders, allowing food to go cold. Now employees were nice and apologetic.

Just ordered a Double Truffle Swiss Burger with fries, onion rings and a Salted Caramel Milkshake. The burger was super salty!!! I couldn't even eat the onion rings because it had a pound of salt on it. Waste of money!!!!! I think I'll go to the one on Devine that they know how to season their food properly.

The fries are great! And service was not spectacular , but a lot of restaurants inside service has went down since covid. The burgers were great too.. couldn't make it though my double bacon ..

When I was a child living abroad, I always wondered what a hamburger tasted like. Everytime I saw one in movies, shows and even cartoons, I always imagined a juicy crunchy patty, slightly charred... sigh. I have eaten many burger throughout my life. Smashburger gave me closure. This is by far the best hamburger patty I have tasted. Hand down. Well seasoned. Crunchy yet juicy. It was perfect.

The food was comparable to Red arobbin's "gourmet burgers", but the environment was fast food furniture with no decorations. The price was similar to the sitdown/eat in restaurant experience without the cozy/comfortable dining experience. Loved the rosemary and garlic seasoned tots though.
