They got my order wrong two days ago, but I went there today and it was even worse. I sat in line from 10:20-10:25 and then when I order my breakfast, they tell me they’ve switched over to lunch. I’ve worked at McDonald’s before and you don’t switch until 10:30 and you can still take breakfast orders a few minutes after.

Every time my family has went food was not fresh, rude employees, their was one incident where I had ordered 3 kid meals and my son was missing his and was rude cause I asked them to fix my sons missing happy meal, also my children was missing their toys and even fries out of their kid meals. The fries have been cold every time. Main issue is all the time receiving cold food or missing items.

Went through the drive thru and ordered a mcrib, 4 mcchickens, a medium fry, a small fry, and a pie. Total came to almost $20. The girl at the window was very rude and basically threw our bag at us. We barely get down the road and start getting our food out of the bag to come across ONLY a pie and a small fry. I paid almost $20 for a small fry and a pie!! I called the store to let them know I was turing around and coming back for the rest of my food that they failed to give me. When the "man" brought our food outside we asked to make sure everything that was previously missing was now in our bag and he refused to talk to us and walked back into the building. I am very unsatisfied with the workers in this particular restaurant.

Waited for around 20 min in drive-thru finally got our food.... we upgraded to a large meal and the large fry wasn't even half full and they was ice cold and had hair on em, ask for a large sweet tea was gave a unsweetened tea because no sweet tea was made. And the real bad part was all the food we ordered wasn't even in the bag, left out sandwiches. Went back the manager was very rude and hateful.

40% of the time I'm missing something from my order or something was made wrong. I worked in food for years and there's no excuse for this many mistakes�

The food was really bad, they served me cold fries 🍟 and when I took them back they said oh thought I threw them away. So they said, we make you more but never brought them to me I had to go get them and of course just setting up there. Then, of course my burger was bad ton of ketchup and cold. Not sure about going back there again with night shift. Seems like they want to play more then work.

I was there on Sunday, June 17th around 4 P.M. I ordered two quarter pounders deluxe and asked that the cheese be left off. When my order was ready, both had cheese on them. I took them back to the girl at the register and she just said, oh well, they wasn't suppose to do that. She did offer to make them again, but I just didn't have the time to wait. My husband ordered a vanilla milkshake to go. One of the girls at the front said she needed to bleed the machine, which she proceeded to try and do. She then handed us the milkshake, except it wasn't a milkshake. It was as runny as water and I took a sip and it was pure sugar. I handed it back to her and said, I hope you agree that this isn't a milkshake. She apologized and gave my money back. She said because the temperature was so hot outside, the machine inside was having a hard time keeping up with it. I really didn't understand that at all. I'm wondering how Dairy Queen works when it's hot outside, if that's true. I'm not sure which upset me the most, that the machine wasn't working or the fact they tried to pass off something awful as a milkshake.

McDonald's in Columbia, Ky is the worst McDonald's I have EVER been to in my life. When I see a out of state car pull off the road and into McDonald's I am just embarrassed because I know they are in for a LONG wait and the food will be of extremely poor quality. The employees are nothing to brag about either. This is from my own personal experience and observation....

I am a real estate agent who sometimes meets with clients here. The service is always great and the fries are always hot. But yesterday (Sept. 7) was exceptional. Not only was the young lady who took my order very nice, but when I got home I realized I'd left my tablet charger at our table. I called to see if it was there and sure enough, it was. When I got there this morning, it had been wrapped in a baggie with my name and company name on it so it was easy for the morning shift employees to find.
