27 June 2022. I ordered 2 chicken burgers with fries. The chicken inside the burger was not even hot and was hard like stone. Clearly from the pictures it is visible that chicken is not fresh and is not good to eat . Worst experience at arby’s. They deserve zero star. Worst customer service and now
The food was great, hot and fresh. Service was great, very friendly and helpful. Only complaints was that the dining area wasn’t clean, floors, tables and trash cans area dirty.

It was the best Arby's experience I've had in a while. The sandwich (a wrap) was very well made, carefully wrapped, and served with a style of southern charm you don't get 300 miles to the north. I ate it in the parking lot and swear I don't know these people! 😁

Most pitiful service I have ever seen! Did not get any help from anyone! Lady at the drive thru told them in the back they had guest and nobody ever came out.
