Hardee's

I went to the side door and a sign directed me to the front door, it to was closed with no signage. I went to the drive-up...no outside menu or order systems anywhere. Pulled to the window where a nice guy had to recite the menu. Waited 11 minutes at the drive-up window for cold fries and burgers with only meat, bread and cheese...nothing else on them. Not a pleasant meal to say the least 😪

If I could give a negative star review I would!!!! I ordered a Hot Honey chicken Sandwich and was told they only had the hot honey sauce packets on the side but that I could have it to put on there to make it the hot honey sandwich. After I ordered and after I paid and after waiting almost 30 mins for my food I was told they do NOT have ANY HOT HONEY SAUCE so I just spent well over 10 for a combo that ended up being just a chicken tender on a bun, and was basically told o well. I get you need employees but I will never return to where I can NOT get what I ordered and when they mess it up still make me pay for something I DO NOT WANT. I should have sent my husband up there to cuss the employees like he cussed me bc they wouldn't give me my money back but would take the food back

When we went in about 3:30 or so all the chairs were up on the tables and the 3 employees that were working were sitting in a booth and 1 got up and followed us to the register and I couldn't help but notice how dirty the place was ,it really was awful , the drinks from the fountain were flat so the employee got us one from the drive thru and then when we left they had to unlock the door for us to get out , I don't normally complain but the whole thing wasn't good , I definitely won't go back to this Hardee's, ill drive across town if I want to eat there.
