La Fuenta Restaurant

This was our family's favorite restaurant until tonight. We ordered our meals and one of my kids had ordered grilled chicken nachos. We all received our meals except him and the waiter asked what did he have. Within a couple minutes they brought out his nachos. 5 min later my son hands me a piece of what is suppose to be chicken from his plate. It looked nothing like chicken. It was like a piece of rubber. Then we started inspecting his meal, the chicken was RAW! I'm not even exaggerating. I couldn't believe it. I flagged down a waitress and she took the plate off. Waited for a response, nothing. I flagged a guy down and asked who was the manager, he said that he was. I told him what happened and to go and inspect our meal for himself. He never came back. I'm fact nobody did. We had to ask someone else for out check and they had removed his meal but nothing else. No apologies, nothing. My wife had a full plate off chicken fajitas that she didn't eat because it made her sick to see his chicken. I will never go to this place again. We need to stop contributing to people who do not value our money, and these people clearly don't. And besides all of the headache, there were very few working that could speak/understand English. I'm done with that too.

My food was good besides not coming with beans like the menu said it would. My family enjoy their meals. Only thing I'd have to complain about was the fact that the waitress seem to keep the cups full of the males sitting at my table but when it came to me or my daughter they took their sweet time refiling out drinks. But all the guys barely got empty before they were refilling them.

Me and my twins have been going here since they was 3. Always was a great place. The lovely manager was a man and he always gave my son hi 5s and fistbumps as well as a Pat on the head or back. They are now almost 16 and them memories has stuck with us and always will. We went back this evening. First time in months. I tell ya it was amazing. Amazing waitress,excellent fast and hot food. Not a disappointment at all. Prices are a little higher but what isn't higher these day. Not a 5 🌟 but truly a 10 🌟.
