The service was great. The owner should seriously think about an upgrade to this store. The building needs a power wash and the little things that tearing down on the outside should be fixed. Senior management do something. You have a great location. Take care of it. The workers needs to feel great about coming to work and if the place they work looks good it can contribute to them feeling good about work. Lack of proper maintenance shows a lot about a company and the internal affairs. Hats off to the amazing team for showing up daily. My food was hot and my order was accurate. The apple slices are very essential to the meal kids being balanced therefore this item should not be out of stock. Thanks again for remaining open in these challenging time.

If I could give a -5 rating I would. This is by far THE WORST service I have received in Columbia. The manager was giving out free food to family members and served them first. I waited 30 mins for 3 happy meals, then the food was cold. The management here is AWFUL. Not that I frequent fast food locations but I will not be returning.

So I dont rate fast food too often but this visit was not a pleasant one. They messed up on my order, my girlfriends order, and when I was waiting 3 other guests orders. Nice staff and very helpful but not at all the expectation for a fast food place. I won't go back because there are a bunch of other options in the area but also the speed and inconvenience of this place.
