I love the convenience of this Arby's being inside the mall. Food is always good but some of the younger workers seem like they dislike their job. They tend to look bored outta their mind or just annoyed that they need to take an order etc.

Reasons why I shouldn’t have eaten at Arby’s in the Columbia mall....
1) no line while other restaurants were super busy with long lines.
2) boy behind counter started playing/messing with a bandage on his arm.(should’ve been my second sign to leave)
3) after almost finishing my sandwich (French dip) I noticed there was something long &dark wrapped around the bottom of my au jus container when I tilted it to dip my sandwich.
4) an hour later I was in the bathroom ... with food poisoning.
I would not recommend that location if you want to live..

Friendly staff. Even offered to add ice to the tap water. The same tap water that the cinnabon two stands over refused to serve!
