Service was spot on. My burger was tasty but I forgot to say that I wanted lettuce and tomato. I got the one with cherry peppers which was good but too much of it can make it sour. Will be back tho for more. Their fries aare always good and crispy!

Excellent food and service! We ate here for a birthday gathering with a group of hungry boys. The large order of burgers and fries were served in a timely fashion and we ate and enjoyed it. Once i sat down I realized I needed to change my order after I paid for it and Mario the manager was gracious enough to help me out without having to wait in the long line again. Thank you so much Mario and Shake Shack! We will be back again!

The burgers are great. When I looked at the fries I had to check my receipt because I thought I had mistakenly ordered the kids size. That's my only issue with the place - the standard order of fries is very small for the price. Give us the potatoes Shake Shack! 😆

I got the chicken shack sandwich and it was really good. Hubby got the double stack burger and he said it was good, but needed a little seasoning. The fries were just plain crinkle fries nothing to make them stand out. Customer service was fast and friendly. I would come back.
