I’ve had Shake Shack for years. Completely appalled with my food today. I’m 37 weeks pregnant and I’m glad I looked at the burger before eating it. It was rare. My husband and I got our food today around 11 and the restaurant was empty. Not sure why the employees felt the need to cook everything in a rush. We won’t be back.

Excellent food and service! We ate here for a birthday gathering with a group of hungry boys. The large order of burgers and fries were served in a timely fashion and we ate and enjoyed it. Once i sat down I realized I needed to change my order after I paid for it and Mario the manager was gracious enough to help me out without having to wait in the long line again. Thank you so much Mario and Shake Shack! We will be back again!

They were out of vanilla cream for strawberry milkshake. She offered me chocolate milkshake with strawberry. There was no strawberries in it. It wasn’t cold too and taste like some cocoa powder in heavy cream. Shackburger was okay but small. Fries wasn’t fresh. High price for small portions and wack taste.

The burgers are great. When I looked at the fries I had to check my receipt because I thought I had mistakenly ordered the kids size. That's my only issue with the place - the standard order of fries is very small for the price. Give us the potatoes Shake Shack! 😆

I got the chicken shack sandwich and it was really good. Hubby got the double stack burger and he said it was good, but needed a little seasoning. The fries were just plain crinkle fries nothing to make them stand out. Customer service was fast and friendly. I would come back.

Food at this location used to be good but it seems like its been going downhill. Recently bought burgers from here and every time they're really salty and the fries are also very salty and dry. The burgers don't taste fresh like how they used to and how the Shake Shacks in DC serve them up. Some of the employees handling the counter don't even seem to care when people are waiting for them to get their food.

Was excited to finally try this and left disappointed and in pain..burger was expensive, small, lacking any flavor and an absolute grease bomb. Fries were the same bland crinkle cuts I can cook at home. Got the wake and shake. Just under $20.
Get up to leave and hit my knee on the steel I-beam table leg. Looks trendy but is dangerous for people over 6’. Only gave it 2 stars because they were friendly and wake and shake was good. Maybe just stick to shakes!

I used to LOVE ordering delivery from here via doordash but about a month ago they decided to stop allowing customization of your burger when ordering. This completely ruins the experience as if ANYTHING should ever be able to be customized, it's a burger. Want lettuce on your burger? Sorry touch luck. Don't want Cherry peppers? Sorry tough luck.
It's just so sad because I really love their food, but I no longer order it because I can't actually get what I want unless I walk into the store.
