First visit and went through the drive-thru. For the prices they charge, they need to focus on quality control of their food! My order of half of sandwich and half salad. Per photos, salad was full of old rotten Lettuce and the croutons were just stale old chunks of bread. The hunk of bread was tossed in the bag, not wrapped up or in a container. Disgusting!
I'll be submitting a letter to corporate office as well.

Love their bagels and pastries and sandwiches, but went for the first time for lunch and the tuna salad sandwich and soup were incredible! Reasonably priced as well!

Food was up to Panera Bread standard. Employees were very helpful and listened to our large order for 6. Served up quickly, was longer to place order for all. Need more seating area.

Classic and delicious. Broccoli cheddar soup, made right, and SERVED to the table piping hot! This location is clean and very organized...easy to make it from order to the table.

I'm a regular person who eats at Panera but I'm very irritated with the service I received today at the one on nifong I got two Baja bowls and 2 large sodas and I had 4 slices of chicken between both bowls which is ridiculous to be charging about 32 dollars for meals

Always love Panera, it was a little disappointing at this location that they were out of multiple beverage options when I went, but staff was nice in explaining.
