Review Cava Grill Dobbin Station - Columbia

Two of the employees just stared at me when I came inside instead of speaking like they did to everyone else, the lady making the food was nice but did not understand all of my english. I asked if the pita bread was "WARM" and she did not understand warm. She asked for help and three people started to speak Spanish the whole time and it made me feel not welcomed. My total was higher than other locations in Maryland (I do understand other locations price differently with certain companies) I asked for Chicken and Extra meat but that was Braised lamb. They charged me for extra chicken which is double charging and said it was accurate so I left it alone. I was purchasing a drink only to get the blueberry lavender but that selection along with 2 others were not made so that left me with limited basic beverage selection. Once I ate my food, I instantly regretted even going to this location. The rice was refrigerator cold, the chicken was the same cold temperature as the rice and the lamb was awful, no taste and tough and chewy. Additionally, my pita bread was warm but it was hard all around the edges not crispy, HARD! White Marsh, MD and Columbia, MD locations are the worse experiences with the chain I have had. Also, why does the one in White Marsh decline my request for spoons? But Columbia gave me one? This region does not seem to take pride or consideration in quality food service and I will be reporting these events immediately also!

First time was amazing. The braised lamb was so juicy and delicious. Lots of options to build your own tastes out. Reasonably priced, fast service, social distance dining options. The worst part was parking the shopping center was packed and busy.

I celebrated my PhD earlier this evening in this excellent restaurant. happy to tell that it was a outstanding evening and the restaurant was indeed one of the reasons for that fruitful gathering. The team contributed in a gorgeous style, the cooking was appetizing and my buddies were extremely thrilled. We shall definitely visit again for more events. Thank you very much.

Great place for a healthy meal. Everything tasted fresh and flavorful. The bowls with the added hummus and veggies helped create a full feeling after eating. The chicken was juicy and seasoned just right so it wasn't too salty or peppery. A bit pricey but overall and solid meal.

Great food, delicious. Only problem is I get too full because there's so much food. Love this place.

WOW! Best restaurant experience I've ever had. It was my first time coming to cava and Sierra and Junior did a great job helping me through my order. The place was very clean and tidy. They did a great job mandating social distance guidelines. To top it the manager Sierra gave me a free drink to try out their drinks. Overall great establishment, great staff, and even better food :)

If you want flavourful and healthy eats, then this is the place for you! I usually get the grains and greens bowl w/ lamb meat balls and go crazy with the toppings as they are unlimited! And of course my piece of pita bread which is always fresh. Wonderful service I have the app and usually get curbside several. I am always brought my food with efficiency and warm smile. Awesome team CAVA!!!!

Discovered some seriously good mezze! 2nd time here this week. Cannot get enough of this! The drink is pumpkin apple! The bowl base is locally farmed super greens (kale, brussel sprouts, broccoli, chicory, cabbage) & grains (saffron rice, black lentils), proteins (falafel, roasted autumnal vegetables including sweet potatoes), 3 dips (eggplant/babaganoush, tziziki, roasted red pepper hummus), unlimited toppings (feta, purple cabbage, red onions, kalamata olives, more feta, marinated cucumbers, grape tomatoes, pita chips, lettuce, even MORE FETA!), topped with dressings (yogurt dill, lemon herb tahini). No plastic. All compostable cups, bowls, utensils. Just $8.85. Gift cards avail via Cava Grill app, hint hint ;)

Food was great, an interesting concept that totally works.. i loved the options to choose from.. I had the grain bowl with lamb meatballs which were really delicious. The drink selection was cool and I tried a few tastes of each just to try. I was stuck wondering if they really compost all the biodegradable plastic alternatives or just throw it in the trash and it breaks down better?? I literally hate plastic!!!! The setting is a little sterile, I wish it felt a little more like Greece or something, some artwork or something a little more interesting. Overall I really liked it and will try to make it back before long.

I was all excited about my drink experiences (I've been there 3 times in the last 4 days) and then I read that I missed pumpkin apple juice. Now I'm all bummed. I've had the green apple fennel juice (ridiculously good), pineapple apple mint juice (amazing!), and the blueberry rosemary juice (wow!) Now, for the food. It's fresh, delicious, full of flavor.

The food was great, but it was not very kid friendly. There were only 4 high chairs (not enough for this area), they were completely impractical to strap a kid into and one of them was as low as an adult chair! We were very disappointed with this.

Go in teams. One person orders and pays for the food, the other holds the required amount of seating.

The food is AMAZING. The fountain drinks are AMAZING. The location of this restaurant does it no justice. It could be walked past and not given a second thought. GO IN! EAT!

They say appetizers dont actually make you hungry for dinner but CAVA Columbia proves that wrong. Spend $15 while you try to figure out where you wanna go for dinner, cuz you will be more hungry than when you walked in. Its like they took the "$100 for a spoonfull" pricey restaurant concept and scaled it down to fast food. Oh and the food was ok at best. Spend half as much for 3 times the food at double the quality next door at Chipotle
