Discovered some seriously good mezze! 2nd time here this week. Cannot get enough of this!
The drink is pumpkin apple! The bowl base is locally farmed super greens (kale, brussel sprouts, broccoli, chicory, cabbage) & grains (saffron rice, black lentils), proteins (falafel, roasted autumnal vegetables including sweet potatoes), 3 dips (eggplant/babaganoush, tziziki, roasted red pepper hummus), unlimited toppings (feta, purple cabbage, red onions, kalamata olives, more feta, marinated cucumbers, grape tomatoes, pita chips, lettuce, even MORE FETA!), topped with dressings (yogurt dill, lemon herb tahini). Food was great, an interesting concept that totally works.. i loved the options to choose from.. I had the grain bowl with lamb meatballs which were really delicious. The drink selection was cool and I tried a few tastes of each just to try. I was stuck wondering if they really compost all the biodegradable plastic alternatives or just throw it in the trash and it breaks down better?? I literally hate plastic!!!!
The setting is a little sterile, I wish it felt a little more like Greece or something, some artwork or something a little more interesting. Overall I really liked it and will try to make it back before long.
First time was amazing. The braised lamb was so juicy and delicious. Lots of options to build your own tastes out. Reasonably priced, fast service, social distance dining options. The worst part was parking the shopping center was packed and busy.
I celebrated my PhD earlier this evening in this excellent restaurant. happy to tell that it was a outstanding evening and the restaurant was indeed one of the reasons for that fruitful gathering. The team contributed in a gorgeous style, the cooking was appetizing and my buddies were extremely thrilled. We shall definitely visit again for more events. Thank you very much.
Great place for a healthy meal. Everything tasted fresh and flavorful. The bowls with the added hummus and veggies helped create a full feeling after eating. The chicken was juicy and seasoned just right so it wasn't too salty or peppery. A bit pricey but overall and solid meal.
Great food, delicious. Only problem is I get too full because there's so much food. Love this place.
WOW! Best restaurant experience I've ever had. It was my first time coming to cava and Sierra and Junior did a great job helping me through my order. The place was very clean and tidy. They did a great job mandating social distance guidelines. To top it the manager Sierra gave me a free drink to try out their drinks. Overall great establishment, great staff, and even better food :)
If you want flavourful and healthy eats, then this is the place for you! I usually get the grains and greens bowl w/ lamb meat balls and go crazy with the toppings as they are unlimited! And of course my piece of pita bread which is always fresh. Wonderful service I have the app and usually get curbside several. I am always brought my food with efficiency and warm smile. Awesome team CAVA!!!!
I love this place. To call it a great salad place is super misleading. It's a delicious raw veggie protein assisted flavor feast. I'm getting this every chance I can
