My wife and me went to this hotel on the route to Mt Rushmore from Orlando Florida. We drove from Orlando to there. Was really nice, comfort and good customer service. Due the Covid-19 they don’t have hot breakfast. They practicing social distance and wearing a mask. We take off the mask only for the photo. Marco and Gaby. 1/1/2021

Clean but worn. Did Holiday Inn buy this property from someone else?
Was decently clean though. I did leave the fresh linens tag on the bed but did not get fresh linens.
I would be ok staying here again but it needs a little TLC.

I enjoy this property. Easy access and great parking for semi trucks. I get a great night, comfortable sleep. I like the clean rooms. I really get treated well by the staff. They go out of their way to be helpful. I will stay here again.

There were some residual of body hair in the bathtub from previous occupants. Reservation over phone was hectic. Prices was all over. Web page, front desk, phone and app all had different prices. Hard to believe which one was genuine. Breakfast was not included and I was not informed. Exterior and lobby was very clean. Front desk reception was very good.

I am from the west coast but I was born here in Columbia. Anytime I take time to visit friends and family this is my choice of hotel. Very friendly, quiet hotel, huge lot. Decent side of town! It does not get better than this. I also go to the ‘sports zone’ restaurant which is next door. 5 star experience there too! Super friendly bartender.

Stopped in late, was happy to find lodging. They where very courteous and kind. My friend was really just wanting a chocolate milk, and the gentleman at the front desk was gracious enough to actually bring the 1 carton he found up to our room!!!! My apologies for not remembering his name, but that was exceptional 👏 service, thanks again!!!!

We chose Holiday at I70 and Campus Blvd in Columbia because of it's location and we were able to bring our dog.
We were very happy with our room: cleanliness and location to the dog area. The hotel itself is very clean. We arrived when it was dark so it was a little difficult to find the hotel entrance but we felt very safe.
Would highly recommend it and will stay again!
