Jersey Mike's Subs

So, I do like jersey Mike's better than other sandwich chains but I'm comparing this to the jersey Mike's on Lincoln St. They put sandwiches together really sloppy and I've had that experience twice. Although I will say those employees were working their butts off. What really annoyed me though is their order pickup is never ready in the amount of time they say. The next time I went I put my order in at 10 am for a 12pm pickup to avoid waiting. I guess it just got lost somewhere because I waited until 12:15 until someone finally asked if I was waiting for something and they found my order slip in like the back of the store. So beware of ordering farther out than "asap". For gluten free - they have sandwich bread for extra charge and Udi's snickerdoodles.

I lost my money here the other night because I placed an order online for pick up at 8:01pm. I arrived at 8:07 and stood until 8:47PM. Still no order. I asked where it was and a guy said "hot subs are backed up", and yet the girl on grill was burning food, and barely moving. This is a management issue. Workers only move as well as they are made to.. I left because I had to be back to my own employees by 9pm. Go elsewhere with your money.

Someone was 3 people behind my fiancé and I at 6:30 pm on a Thursday and they served 2 people before us. They gave us one of our meals and totally forgot about my bowl. I watched them serve a man who had 6 sandwiches in his order before fulfilling ours. This location doesn’t know how to run. Absolutely ridiculous. Hope the manager sees this.

The food's good, but I placed an order before they opened for a pickup, and selected 11:30am due to lunch break timing. When I got here at 11:32, they had not even started it. Furthermore, they didnt even prioritize it and continued to take and complete other orders while I waited, including other pick up orders. I didn't leave until 11:57. This is a management issue, not a quality issue, but lesson learned not to order from here again.

Do not go to this Jersey Mike's They will tamper with your food. I watched 2 gentlemen today go to the back and put something in my order The young lady was cooking my food and she took my sub out of My eyesight and the 2 gentlemen walked over and blocked what was going on but I saw one gentleman drop something in my sandwich. after that I told the manager to remake it they were laughing about it because they knew what was going on this is ridiculous I called the corporate office and filed a formal complaint people do not understand if you are playing with someone's food you can either go to jail or be seriously injured because of this situation.

They don't clean their slicer. Meat after Meat,, cheese after cheese without cleaning. Pictures say it all One year later, no improvement, sad part is I'm paying for it as whatever was on the slicer that they didn't clean, has caused me big stomach issues. I took a few pictures within five minutes, slicer was never wiped, and they cut multiple sandwiches before mine. Furthermore, no consistency on how many slices of meat you get, sometimes five, sometimes six, sometimes seven. Whenever I have went, a simple regular #3, is a luck of the draw on how many slices they put on.

Typical Jersey Mike's menu. This location is good. Visited on a Saturday afternoon. It was very busy and a little hectic. It was, however, move in week for colleges. It was a little hard to hear. My order was wrong but it was ok. I had a cheesesteak that was very good. I would recommend this location.
