I arrived at this location on 2/18/20 at 6:52pm. The lady working there had already shut the coffee machines down. It was clear she hadn't just done it, so had we got there slightly earlier it still wouldn't have mattered. There was no way to order any of the normal coffee drinks even though it wasn't even closing time yet. She said she wanted to go home early. She also said she didn't know how to turn them back on. So I called the other Caribou in town at 7:00pm just to check and the person there said they shut their machine down at 7:00 sharp. So I know this isn't supposed to happen.

11/8/2020 930 AM. Specials sign is out, but small sign by register says closed...?
Go to customer service and they say have a call in. No barista. No one else trained and a shoulder shrug was offered.
