Employees are rude. Service is slow. And food was cold and nasty. Maybe if the employees were more concerned about doing their job than checking their phones they wouldn't have this issue.

Waited for over an hour and a half in line for a mobile order. They didn't give me all of my food. The dining room is closed, and the drive thru is still around the block. No way to get the food I paid for. And way to long of a wait. There are a lot of taco bells in town, go to a different one.

If I could leave a negative 5 I would. We have been sitting in line for 30 minutes waiting to order. Like haven't even been able to order yet. They were only five cars in front of us and here we are, 30 minutes later and still have one car ahead of us before we get to the spot where the menu is as well as the microphone to put our order in the drive-thru.
I'm pretty sure even with one person working in the entire store it could move faster than it is moving right now.
This is unexcusable

They just be chillin... All of them! At least the shift I had, they were to busy being friends instead of co-workers. Hugging and huddling over one person's phone conversing about Starbucks. Too busy getting themselves a drink before making sure I'm helped.

Got to the intercom to make an order, was asked to hold on, Waiting 30mins never got anyone on the intercom. People in front me were leaving. Drove past and they all were in the back of the store store. This was at around 11:00. I understand staffing is short but don't get a job if you don't wanna do it.

The people working there were so great! They wanted to make sure our order was right and they did a great job getting our food out to us quickly!

Avoid this dump. The employees are brain dead, and screw up everything. The wait is always ridiculous no matter what. They have messed up my order everytime I've stupidly gone over the last few years. One time one of the employees was laying on the ground in the parking lot. Just laying there singing. I've made a vow to never go to this terrible fast food dump ever again. If you can, do the same. Maybe it will close and another rat hole will take its place.

My fry bag was about half full. If I was in the store eating I would have gone back up, but as I was drive through...
Also, I ended up with steak instead of chicken. It was nasty!
