Dunkin'

I ordered from here for the first time and am not pleased with my order. It was a small order for a quick bite to eat on the way to work. Their glazed chocolate glazed donut is not a regular glazed donut with chocolate icing like I thought. It was a chocolate donut with very very little icing on top. I couldn't even see it. I ordered a frozen coffee because unfortunately they do not sell mocha frappes which is very disappointing. I don't understand why they don't but for 3 donuts q frozen coffee and two orange juices came out to $18 bucks. I think that was over priced for small donuts and juice. Also I suggest not trying the frozen coffee drink. In my opinion it was watered down and couldn't even taste the coffee.

It’s convenient but not worth giving them your time and money. I see the same two females who I’m guessing have learned that this is a chain business and the managers/owners aren’t going to do anything about it. That they will continue to have a job no matter if they treat you (the customer) wrong. From the start of my order I received attitude. The donuts were old and hard. The cashier with curly hair huffed “oh my gosh” when I asked for two different donuts because the chocolate frosted were old. I asked why does she continue to work here if she doesn’t like her job. Then continued on speaking how this was terrible customer service and you shouldn’t treat people like that. The other cashier with straight hair, usually up in a ponytail, came over and closed the drive-thru window while I was talking. They seem unsupervised. There seemed to be no manager in sight. Complete disrespect and I will never go there again.

My son and I came into the store hoping to get a few donuts and some ice cream to go. There were 2 workers in the establishment. One was waiting on a few gentlemen at the counter and the other was running around. Neither workers acknowledged our presence or even made an effort to begin asking for our order. I can understand being busy. But it wasn't busy. One worker had her hands full ( with 1 group of 3 people) while the other wandered around. We left after standing in line for 15 mins with no even recognition of our existence. A simple acknowledgment that we were in the store would have made this experience much different.

My boyfriend went and picked up coffee for us this morning. He asked for light ice it is even on the sticker. He then told them this is not light ice and they argued that it is. This is the second time this week we have ordered coffee with light ice and it’s the normal amount. I’m ok with ice in my coffee but this amount is a little excessive. There’s barely any coffee.

Only 3 people working at 7:50 on a Monday morning. It shouldn't take 15 mins for a drip house at 7:50 a.m. on a Monday morning. As a coffee shop owner, previously this is one of the peak times of the week. To top it off the staff only cared of the drive thru. I was one if 2 inside and waited 18 mins total for coffee. I was late to work. Will not return.

Always out of everything! I went for donuts at 0815am and they were out of all the good flavors. This hasn't happened just once or twice either, they are legit always out of everything! On top of that the staff is incredibly rude. I ordered a large free matcha latte and when it was handed to me the cup wasn't even filled, not even close! Like what? I don't know what the owner is doing but they need to get it together.
