Young lady in the window was extremely rude, had an attitude and didn't give us the sauce we asked for. When we tried to get her attention she ignored us and made faces out the window but refused to acknowledge us or look at us. Another more pleasant employee came from the back a few minutes later and handed us some sauce. Not sure what her problem was. Nit a great experience.

Service was good the long-haired guy at the window was nice. I'm only giving three stars because the chicken quesadilla was the only food item that didn't have a problem. The sweet tea wasn't sweet and my burrito supreme was a horrible disappointment there was about a spoon full of meat and beans, no cheese and the rest was stuffed full of lettuce. It was the most disgusting thing I've ever tried to eat. Our spicy potato soft tacos were horribly wrapped and the contents of which had spilled out into the bag. I understand that it was late and a few minutes to close but that's no reason to just throw some stuff together. If you didn't have the the correct amount of ingredients to make a burrito I would have taken something else but judging by the fact the potato soft tacos were wrapped horribly and in the bag upside down I'm leaning toward no one cares. I will not eat here again when I'm in Columbia.

I am a DoorDash Delivery driver, have been standing in this Taco Bell for maybe Thirty Minutes waiting.
I am not usually one to complain about establishments given that you don't really know what's going on in their day, but this is not the first time this has happened.
Even the Taco Bell on Grindstone is faster than this.
Just watched two people walk in to return their wrong orders, one had been waiting for about 20 minutes before she finally got tired of it and audibly called out for them.
If you're going to get Taco Bell, I do not recommend this one, and if you're in the Cinnamon Hill area and want (meat based) food just go to Zaxby's at this point.
Otherwise, it isn't worth it.

I was at this Taco Bell on Wednesday. The service at the drive up was horrible. She charged me for 3 soft taco supremes when I had ask for 2. Got 2 large drinks. Since she charged me for 3 she should have made it into that meal deal. But no I was charged full price. The sodas had NO ice in them. When I ask for ice she told me the ice machine was broken and the only way to get ice was to go out to the dining area. She ask if I really needed ice and I said yes of course I do. She huffed and finally went and got me a glass of ice. I got an order of Pintos and cheese. There was NO sour cream on it, and, the cheese was all over the edges of the bowl so when I took the lid off cheese went everywhere except on the Pintos. Those people are always rude and not open half the time. Very disgusted with the service and the food.

I frequent this particularular TB at least 2 times per month. The service is DISMAL due to MANAGEMENT/OWNERSHIP issues.
The employees are attentive and polite. The Cinnamon Hill location is chronically understaffed and undersupplied. Lack of sufficient leadership results in long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long,long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long,long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long,long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long, wait times to order and receive food and drink. Today, when we finally reached the payment window, we found out that they were unable to fulfill three of the items we had ordered because they HAD NO RICE! So, instead of being able to change our order while reading the menu, we had to come up with a substitute at the payment window. After making our substitute order we had another long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long,long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long,long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long,long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long, wait. When we finally received our food and drink it was missing items (pink lemonade, spork for the pintos and cheese, napkins, receipt), completely incorrect items, and they were incapable of printing off a receipt. At that point we had been there for over 30 minutes. All we wanted to do was get the hell out. Message to the owner of this franchise: YOUR PHYSICAL/MENTAL PRESENCE IS DESPERATELY NEEDED IN THE BUILDING until you are able to hire additional employees and get everyone properly trained. The lack of your leadership is resulting in disillusioned/burnt to a crisp/loss of employees and lost customer base/revenue.
It's time to ENGAGE! Until then I will be recommending and avoiding this particular Taco Bell at all cost.

This is the most unorganized and rude Taco Bell in Columbia. Every time I go there, without exaggeration, I get the wrong order and have to circle back and ask for the correct items. The wait time even just to get my order taken is ridiculous. It’s truly horrible.

Stopped at this location after work and there were only two workers. The young lady working drive thru was very sweet and apologized several time..Good job guys,food was great!

Don’t come here 4 hours before they close, they will throw a fit and refuse to serve you. Came through the drive through and they refused my serve us Submitted an order through the app and all hell broke loose.
