So I don't normally rate fast food chains but this was an exceptional visit. I was the first customer of the morning and only customer at this time. I had ordered a breakfast burrito and I'm not sure what the holdup was but the cook came to apologize for the wait. He was super nice and apologetic. It happened to be the best "fast food" breakfast I had ever had!!

The cashier that took my order gave great service! From what I saw was very hard working, but was upset and frustrated because of lack of help!
I've been to this location three times in the last month the first time was a 45 minute wait and I drove off because there was no help this was late at night! Round 7:30 p.m. the second time during the day the crew seemed to be all available so my food was hot it was good and I play the banners there. The third time I went just recently in the last three weeks was on a Saturday afternoon around 12:00 noon and very few employees in the building but the location was busy. If the location had more help I would frequent it more and I believe all those that are online saying that the locations need help that would be a great thing.

I have always had a good experience here. Food came out quickly and was good for what you get. Not really my “go to” but it wasn’t bad. I just really go there for the chicken fries 🍗🍟💯

Drive through non-functional. No masks or partitions inside the store. Had a "wash your hands" sign in the bathroom that stated it was the best way to protect against Covid. ?!!? I definitely did not feel safe, even in my n95 mask.

Busted drive thru, non working cash registers, people waiting for 20+ minutes for food after waiting in the longest lines. 3 poor employees trying to keep up with a Sunday brunch time....Management needs to get it together and GIVE THESE GUYS RAISES. The place looked pretty beat up. Was a decent breakfast sandwich though.

This is my first time leaving a review. The food was made to perfection. The young lady at the window was very nice and showed what good customer service is suppose to be. I think her name was Tane. I will definitely be returning.

Hours say they close at midnight. I came before 11:30pm and the menu in the drive thru was completely dark and turned off. Waited for like 5 min since a car had just driven off and there was one waiting at the pickup window. Nothing...
Drove around past the pickup window and saw a male employee inside, so I drove back to the ordering section of the drive thru. Waited approximately another 5 min of nothing before driving to the window. A minute later the man walks up and asks if I had an order. I respond "no because the menu is off like you're closed and no one answers on the intercom". He responded by saying he was busy helping a customer... I ask why the menu was off then, and he reiterates, more pointedly this time, that he's been busy helping a customer. Not even an apology or an offer to take an order.
Why are you open to midnight and turning off your menu an hour before you close? Why make the place look like it's closed, when you're open until an hour later? It really seemed like the employee(s) did not want to take any orders and was trying to coast through the last hour of work with as little activity as possible. Not a good experience...

I know I know its only "fast food".....BUT.....This was by far.... for whatever reason ...the best experience I've had with "fast food" restaurants....The drive thru worker was just awesome!!...IMO If this person worked the drive thru at other places it would make the long lines worth it ..... the food was even HOT and tasted FRESH!!!....Why can't more "fast food" joints hire pleasant personalities instead of just heartbeats ....I understand it's only "fast food"... But for most people money is stretched thin and hard to let go of ...so giving it away to places that have poor customer service isn't well tolerated..at least for me it isn't ...I'm sure the person will maybe never see this or be recognized for going above and beyond what they're paid to do... or maybe they DO stand out...if so that's great...I hope they continue to excel and provide the same experience to everyone who visits!!!Kudos
