Sonic Drive-in

This sonic has changed my world. Kody and the whole staff are the friendliest people you’ll ever meet. They nearly come out with a skip in their step ready to serve you your food and drinks with the happiest attitude it’s as if they come out floating/dancing with the biggest smiles to hand you your food. When you order with the app they greet you by name as if you’re an old friend they see everyday who they’re so pleased to see again. If there’s a place in Columbia that is the show Cheers this is it. I feel so welcomed and warm here and the interaction is shorter than that of a restaurant yet they make the most of it with their kindness. I drive farther just to go to this sonic and I will continue to drive farther for the service I get. My order has never been messed up, if you forgot something they happily go back and ring you up for it and let you know an estimated wait time. Wether I’m there at 7am or mid afternoon the wonderful attitudes of everyone there make my day. If you need a smile and food, this sonic is the place to go!

Best Sonic in Columbia. I always have to wait so long at the other two. Our waitress was super nice and helpful. The food was hot and fresh. Love them tots!!! There is no patio sitting right thanks to COVID! We had the double cheeseburger special with tots. Nothing fancy to drink. Our waitress did come back and give us extra napkins, salt and sweet n low. The screen crapped out during the transaction and so the waitress took care of it for us. They were bumping, but our food came out fast. Keep up the good work Sonic!

At 3:15 I ordered large cheddar-bites. They were out and started to give me mozzarella sticks. Even after I said forget it and they cut me off from ordering what I was going to order. But I got that straight and ordered a Reese's Sonic blast and lemonade no ice. Got that fine but they forgot the spoon. No big deal they were busy. But I asked for a spoon and I got 'we're out of spoons! all we have are forks!" very rudely. So I said that would be ok. 15 min later still no fork. So I punch the button again and asked if I was going to get a fork or wait another 15min to drink my Sonic blast because the ice cream is turning to milk. I finaly leaving at 3:50.

Worst service/food that I’ve gotten from Sonic. Person taking order was rude and kept cutting us off. Both orders were completely wrong, cold, soggy and missing items. Our fault for not checking food before we were on the road but never had mistakes like this before. Mist of our food ended up in the trash and we stopped to get food elsewhere.
