Subway

I put a mobile order and drove over to find that the store was closed but there was a worker in the store. I kept calling the phone but they didn't pick up. I waited for 15 minutes to see if they would bring my subs out, but I ended up leaving with no sandwiches or a refund. This was a month ago and I still haven't gotten any help or a refund and now I'm short $25 because of them.

We ordered five sandwiches for pickup and three or them were wrong. One was a chicken bacon ranch and we couldn't find a single piece of bacon and maybe a piece or two of chicken. It was mostly just the toppings loaded with sauce and the bread was wrong. The second sandwich wasn't even a sandwich but everything tossed into a container. I understand running out of certain breads but a phone call to let someone know and ask for alternatives would of been more appropriate. The third sandwich was missing most of the toppings and what was actually put on it was sparce and in mostly one location. The only sandwich that was correct was the ham and cheese and that literally is just ham and cheese. This is the second subway in town to offer terrible service. We refuse to go to the one on forum across from schnucks after getting terrible service from them multiple times.

9/12/20, Conley road told us cash only. So placed the order on line with the buy 2 get one free. First they said no meatballs for a sub, told we had to cancel the order but since they accepted the order they had to cancel it, that made them all of a sudden have at least enough for one sub. So we adjusted the other but they didn't honor the 3rd sub, because we ordered on line.

Before I came here I checked to see when the closed. I had over a half hour before they closed. I walked in and the lady thought I was a huge inconvenience and then more people walked in after me and she rolled her eyes and was just throwing stuff all over my sandwich . Then next she's got an attitude with te next customer. Just overall a bad experience with subway. Not going back here. Thanks for a sandwich that had everything thrown everywhere and all your attitude.

This place doesn't even deserve a star! I went there for lunch today, a Tuesday, and got the oven roasted chicken breast. it's supposed to be a $5 sub since it's Tuesday. I waited almost 30 minutes in line. It rang up at $7.41. I asked the guy why it was so much and he tells me it's because you have to get the drink too to get the sub for $5 even though the ad doesn't state that. I said fine, give me the drink too. He gives me the same total and then tells me I basically get the drink for free... uhhh no, I didn't. I paid $5 for my sub and $1.80 for my drink plus tax. How is that a free drink? If they hadn't wasted half of my break, I would have let them keep their false advertising!! So not happy. I work literally a mile away and would rather drive to the one on Stadium than go there again.

Only a few white breads and flat breads left at 8pm? I've never been to a Subway that announces that as soon as you walk in. Only one employee with 5 people in line. I go to Subway for selection, not to pay full price for bread I don't care for. It might sound a little petty, but white bread is boring and tasteless. I was not impressed
