Sloppy and Bad Business😡😡😡 I ordered a spaghetti with Red onions, Cheddar, provolone, pork, sausage, pepperoni, garlic, meatballs, Italian sausage, shrimp, mushroom and extra sauce. Toppings that I did not receive were pepperoni, cheddar, provolone, and I’m questioning if I received the Italian or pork sausage; I see small little pieces of something mixed in the sauce but it’s definitely not what I ordered and I know what it supposed to look like because I ordered it before and it was right!!! I called to complain and after complaining I was told that they’re waiting on me to tell them; what I want them to do!!! I feel like as a customer and a business owner myself; that the right thing to do would have been make it right even if you couldn’t do it at the moment you could have given me a free spaghetti the next time the way it was originally ordered!!! Or reimbursed me for each topping that I didn’t receive considering the fact that each topping is $1 So since the matter was not resolved in a professional manner I had to remake it myself; luckily I had most of the ingredients. I might as well just made it myself; especially since it took two hours to receive it and when it finally arrived; it was not what I ordered!!!

This is the best pizza in the state of Missouri. We are from Philadelphia Pa and your pizza is the closest match. We tried others and was totally disappointed just about gave up. Keep up the good work you have no worries about the competition

I've had Italian Village since I was a kid, have literally never been disappointed with their pizza. We love their pizza and salads. You won't regret ordering from them.

I ordered chicken wings and a large pizza. The chicken wings were undercooked and the pizza was basically falling apart. I called to report it to their manager (well he claimed) and he basically just accused me of lying swearing how many times it goes through the oven, etc. I will never order from IV again, it used to be my top-three favorite pizza restaurant. Also, to note he was practically yelling at another staff member, while placing my order. Bad customer service all around and poor treatment.

It's expensive for what it is. The garlic bread seems to lack olive oil and herbs and it's made of open-faced submarine sandwich bread. The cheesecake slice is undersized and overpriced. The kitchen, visible to the person who steps in to the register counter, is needing a proper cleaning.

I have ordered from here twice using eatstreet. thus far on both orders something has not been correct on the first order they forgot a pepperoni topping on one of our pizzas and on the second order they provided the wrong side of chips. Also, the amount of toppings on the pizzas are sparse. My second order was for the Philly cheese steak pizza and the steak was extremely grissely and unenjoyable. My significant other did enjoy the Alfredo and garlic sauce on the pizzas. We also ordered the gyro sandwich and it was okay a bit bear on toppings the meat was good but there was extremely spicy onions (old onions) on the sandwich. we also ordered the three cheese lasagna which was decent and I don't really have much complaints about that but I'm not sure if a 10 oz thing of lasagna is worth $11.00. especially because it doesn't come with any sides. I gave them two shots and I don't know if I'm going to try again it is quite expensive for what you get in comparison with other places including national franchises which pizza quality isn't known to be the best, but I think so genuinely enjoyed dominoes pizza over IT's (at least with the 3 pizzas we have tried this far).

I didn’t hate the pizza. It was average. Unfortunately it was not worth the $36 we spent for two 12” pizzas.
