Little Caesars Pizza

We usually have a great experience at this location but last night multiple people were having trouble getting anyone to come to the drive-through window although a couple of kids went by the windows several times. I had to call this store and ask if anyone was manning the drive-through window so I could get my pick up order. The young man who answered the phone was very helpful and apologetic. If you’re interested in waiting over an hour for fast food quality pizza this is the place for you! Put my order in at 6:26 with an estimated ready time of 6:48. Pizza “put in the oven” at 6:31. Fast forward to 7:31 and then notification comes through that pizza is ready. Get to restaurant and crazy sauce is missing from the order. Ask for it and was told “we’re out.” I may be crazy but I’m almost certain it’s just the marinara they put on the pizza. Turned around to get my money back since you know they charge for it and another is employee says “don’t be mad I got you,” and 2 crazy sauces materialize. Note to self drive a few extra minutes to the Garners Ferry location when I am feeling lazy.

This place is horrible. Was there yesterday and ordered 2 pies. Watched while others came in ordered and then left with their food. After 40 minutes some lady asked if I was being helped and told her I placed my order over 40 minutes ago. Finally get my pizza and one of the pies was wrong. When I mentioned to her it was wrong I got attitude back for they'd have to remake it. Yea well when you mess up a simple order that's what happens. Awful place and you're better off going somewhere else.

Experiences are everything, especially when you barely even go there. This place is slow, no fast and ready here. I got to the window to order something simple, specially made because I know little Ceasars has a history of giving you something 'quick and ready' which more than likely has been sitting for a while and is dried out by the time you get home. I ordered a pizza - half cheese half sausage... extra cheese and lightly cooked. I wish I could include a picture of what I received. The thing was not lightly cooked, matter of fact it was burnt. No extra cheese was on it. The guy that took my order was acting slow, I had to repeat it 3 times, he kept saying pepperoni when I said Sausage. I don't know what he wasn't comprehending about that word. Then come to find out, the manager Selena said they didn't ring me up for extra cheese., but it was on the sticker on the box saying extra cheese. I will post pictures on another review site. They ended up giving me another pizza that looked exactly the same. Even though I should have gotten my money back, I had a long day and my kids were hungry and my head was pounding. I will never ever go back there again. It was late otherwise I would have went to pizzahut.

Little Caesar’s totally turned me off of buying quick fast pizza after discovering a Big gob of mucus on the bottom of the box. Store bought from here on out. Please have your cooks wash their hands and use a tissue for their nose when handling pizza or even the boxes the pizzas go in after purchase. Gross!

Just don't bother.... EVERY SINGLE TIME I order from this location, I regret it. I keep thinking, "surely they have improved by now/or under new management. No place can be THAT bad for THAT long"... nope, they are STILL bad. Orders are always INSANELY late with no rush of folks at the location to cause the delay. I am always given the excuse "we had to remake one of your items", which starts to feel like bs when it happens five or six times in a row. On one such occasion, they had marked my order as complete, but when I went in to pick it up, I was once again told they had to "remake" it. I watched the manager and the entire staff just hanging out for a good 10-15 mins before they even started my pizza. I stared ordering my food via delivery, but then felt bad when the drivers would get stuck there waiting. Never. ever. again. I will drive however far the next LCP is, as it would be faster (even if that store was in Sumter). If you own this location, you might want to do something SOON, as folks are going to stop coming (look at all the 1 star reviews already). My only regret is that I can't leave 0 stars.....

Awful…BEWARE as I should have read the terrible reviews before coming. Others have had so many issues too. I ordered two pizzas (one pepperoni and one sausage), that fall under the Hot & Ready category, but after I paid, only then did the cashier say it’ll be a 15-20 minute wait because they didn’t have ANY pizzas ready. So Sad and poor customer service!!!
