Ruby Tuesday

This was the worst Ruby Tuesday I have ever visited. It took almost 20 minutes to place drink orders. Once I recieved my drink it looked norhing like the picture. I literally had a half of a strawberry. Not a few strawberries and pineapples as pictured on the menu. I informed the waiter of my dissatisfaction with the drink he said it would be replaced. After another long wait I ordered my entree and when I recieved it if course it was wrong. I was missing shrimp that came with the entree and I recieved sides I did not order. When the correct side dishes were placed on the table the grilled zucchini was burnt and the loaded baked potato consisted of butter and sour cream. I never recieved the replacement drink. Neecldless to say I will never visit this location again! Don't waste your time or money go somewhere else.

We were seated at the bar and it took 45 minutes to get drinks but there was only 2 other customers already taken care of present at the bar. They are very short staffed and have ppl working the bar and waiting tables and occasionally acting in place of the host. The wait time at the door to be seated was so sad that ppl were walking back out in groups and i witnessed I know over 15 ppl walk out because of the wait time at the door. This was a terrible experience and we were only stopping by for a drink. They sold my husband and my cousin spinach dip and a shrimp fondue knowing they ran out of parmesan the day before. They both could taste the difference and when they inquired they apologized and then wanted to explain about the bustling business the night before which didn't excuse not saying the dish would not be prepared properly because of missing ingredients. My peach cobbler skillet was soooooooooooo hard and sitting in a puddle of ice cream instead of with scoops on top. It was so soggy in the middle I couldn't bring myself to eat it. We waited so long for entrees we just paid for the drinks and things and left. It was just a horrible experience and I wouldn't recommend this place for a quick drink.

Initial service was a little slow but a great waitress picked up our table. Both had salad bar with a burger and fries for my brother. I had a shrimp appetizer with my salad bar. Excellent food, had a really good beverage and terrific service. They comped our salads because of initial delay in service. Salad bar was well stocked with many options, clean,full..delicious. Would recommend.

It was very good. The staff was exceptionally nice. I was waiting on someone that took a little longer than expected, but my server checked on me made sure I was okay and didn't need anything while I was waiting. She was attentive put not pushy. The food was good hot and fresh. I enjoyed my visit and would recommend this place.
