I ordered 12 cookies to be delivered to Landmark Hospital. Waited 1.5 hrs. Never got cookies. Delivery person told hot box staff he left them outside at emergency exit. No cookies found anywhere around hospital. The staff at hot box was very sorry what had happened. They are to refund my money.
