Hold to the time that is suggested as the time order will be ready as much as possible and if not at the least communicate with the customer. Attentive employees to provide good decent customer service. Improve food quality by providing hot and fresh food.. especially if each order is cook to order.

Ordered at 9:44pm it’s been an hour and the pizza still isn’t delivered. I stay 5 minutes away. When I called, no one apologized for the wait. I asked for a complimentary drink for and was told no that the driver had already left which isn’t true because the pizza still isn’t here.
