Bojangles

We just ordered a Family Meal with some additions. Paid $50 for it and we're so disappointed. The chicken pieces we ordered were incorrect. They were also dried up and cold. One of the pieces we can't even figure out what part of the chicken it is because more breading and bearly any meat. Very dissatisfied and won't order again anytime soon. 🙄 Zero stars 😐

Check your food before leaving because they will give you old food. I had to go in and ask for fresh food and the manager did accommodate (thankfully), but you go to drive through to keep from having to go in. The customer service in the drive through was less than mediocre with the young guy hanging out the window and looking like he could care less about you and your food. and when you pull off, you will notice how dirty the parking lot is. Don’t do like me and ignore the low rating. It’s accurate with the low rating!!

After being displaced from our house my family and I had to drive to my MILs house while waiting for other accommodations to be made. We stopped at this bojangles on the way there to get lunch. We went through the drive through. We ordered a Diet Pepsi and they gave us regular. We sent it back and my husband told them that it has to be diet for medical reasons. They handed us another regular Pepsi and argued with us when I told them it was not diet. We pulled over and tested it. Sure enough, not diet. Our daughter is a type 1 diabetic. This could have put her in the hospital. I got out of the car and went inside. My intention was to make them aware of the repercussions of such a mistake. The drive through workers saw me come inside and immediately started laughing as they each turned around to look. It was a good 5 minutes before anyone addressed me. I said that I wished to speak with a manager and explained the situation. One of the drive through workers came and asked if I wanted a different drink and kept trying to insist that it was diet. I told him they needed to check the bag because this was most definitely not diet. I had to ask to speak to the manager again. She finally comes out but not after listening to the story of the drive through workers. Her explanation is that the Diet Pepsi was running out while they were filling our drink. That explanation just made me even more upset because the bag running out does not automatically pump it full of sugar. There is no reason why they should keep passing it off as diet. That is dangerous. She still tried to convince me that it was diet even after being shown proof that it was not. She finally just offered a diet Mountain Dew. Upon returning to the car, I sat down to eat my meal only to find out that they had given me fries instead of bo-rounds and they were greasy, soggy, and cold. If I could give less than one star I would.

Horrible customer service!!! I ordered 2 sausage and cheese biscuits and bo berry biscuits. I was told I had a 5 minute wait for the biscuits. That turned into 15 mins. Then I had to go in and remind them i ordered food. Then when I get my food I have a sausage biscuit and bacon egg and cheese biscuit!!

Ordered a large coffee, sausage egg and cheese biscuit and boberry biscuit. The cashier asked if we wanted to wait 5 minutes for fresh coffee or get thw bottom of the pot, medium coffee. Asked for the fresh coffee as I was happy to wait for it. Received a medium, bottom of the pot coffee and a biscuit full of grease and dirty grill bits. Totally gross and unacceptable.
