Zaxby's

We are not frequent customers at Zaxby’s, but wanted to give them a try. First time experience at this location. Waited in the drive through and ordered a kids meal with a sprite and kickin chicken meal with a coke. After sitting in line and paying, we got our food and no drinks. While waiting on our drinks, I opened the food and saw a chicken finger meal. I showed Keasia that the order was wrong and she caught a bad attitude with my husband and I. After looking at what we were charged, our ticket was correct. Another employee came up and was being nice, trying to help and all she could do is be rude to us. We told the other employee the order was wrong and we were also missing our drinks. Keasia responded, “We are working on it” and slammed the window shut. Once we received our food, it was hot and fresh, but I would much rather not deal with someone that has a bad attitude. After all, it was not our fault the order was wrong. Never been to this location and probably will not be back to give it another try. Rude employees with nasty attitudes are the worst!

I ordered on doordash and the food was horrible. There was no straw in my bag, they gave me the wrong kind of sauce, I was missing my extra piece of toast since I did not get slaw and everything was stone cold. Very disappointing because this is the only meal I will get until I get home from work tonight. Never going back.
