Tuskers Restaurant

The Tuskers Resturant is the place to be if you want sit down dining that is quick and fresh. This was by far the best zoo food I've ever had and I been to many zoos. I got the three piece chicken tender meal. Everything came out hot and fresh. The tenders were so flavorful not bland like the typical theme park food. If every at the Riverbank Zoo check them out.

Don’t do the mobile order (even though they have signs everywhere encouraging it). I tried and it was a mess! I put in the order at 1:32 (confirmation email received). The status is pending until 1:48 (email update received). At this point, the email says my order will be ready at approximately 2:18. I ordered one salad and one uncrustable PB&J kids meal. I’m really baffled as to why this order is taking so long (it’s a weekday and there are no crowds), so around 2:10 I walk in and go to the counter where it says mobile order pick up. Three different employees see me but don’t help. So, I walk around to the main order counter and ask the worker if he can check for me. He says their mobile ordering app isn’t functioning. He seems very surprised when I show him my confirmation email. We both confirmed that it was ordered from the correct restaurant, and the money was taken out of my bank account. He was apologetic and got me my food quickly. I’m not sure how this can happen, but it was a very unpleasant experience… especially with a hungry and impatient 18-month-old. I mostly want to leave this review so maybe I can save some future guests from wasting time with the mobile order. If I had gone in and ordered at the counter, I think it would have been a good experience.

It was really expensive ($68 for 3 personal size pizza and 1 chicken tender meal and 4 suvinor cup with soda) but the teenage girls I took loved the pizza and though it was $12 for 2 chicken tenders and fries they were really good. The 2 tenders together were bigger than my hand and it was a good portion of fries and tasted yummy! Great service!! The three women I dealt with were amazing! Very sweet and attentive! When the girls pizza weren't ready she offered to bring them out! I am a stickler on service. I, myself, was a waitress lol so I expect a lot and these women met my expectations! Thanks!
