Review Burger King - Columbia

You have to be careful of the time of day you go to this location. I've gone in the morning and there are some workers who are pleasant and courteous. I went today and boy was I disappointed. How hard is it to be pleasant at the window and to ensure you give the correct drink? I do not drink sweet tea.

I got the 2 for 5$ Classic chicken sandwich with jalapeno poppers on the side. Meals are always amazing here. The Impossible Whopper is good too. Five stars and two thumbs up.

This trip was awful with customer service and they took the 'fast' outta fast food. I waited at drive thru order station for almost 5 minutes before they took my order. There was a car waiting behind me and they got outta their car to see if they were even open. The parking lot was practically empty. Overall it took approximately 11 minutes for our food. I should've just left but my dumb self waited. 😔😔😔

This location gets 1 star because I can't give them zero stars. Placed an order and once it was delivered, the fries felt like they were from the night prior, the burgers were a piece of meat slapped between two plain buns. No condiments, straws, or toy with kids meal order. Can't be too complicated taking an extra second to make the burgers accordingly, or adding condiments, a straw, and a toy.

Ordered double whopper with bacon and cheese,big king,2 large fries,chicken sandwich and halepeno snacks. All i got is 2 fries and big king and lucky i checked the bag andd was missing a lot so tried to get in but doors closed not getting in have to stand by window for service and after a while not even speaking to window person someone comes out with a bag with the rest of my order but again my halepeno snacks missing!!!!! To upset to wait again I paid $33. For nothing but frustration

The absolute worst fast food joints are in Columbia south Carolina. Super super super super slow. If you go through drive thru I feel bad you will see what I mean just terrible

Horrible customer service. Was taking order then stop taking order. They never came back to take order and there were a lot of cars who wanted to order, but they left to go somewhere else. Stayed there to see if they was going to finish my order but didn’t come back like I mentioned. Terrible!! Terrible!!! There’s no excuse!

Might be the slowest fast food place I’ve ever been to in my entire life. Pretty unbelievable. Bro just slop some food in a bag and let me go, this ain’t 5 star dining!

I waited in the drive thru line about a month ago for almost 20 minutes and decided to leave. A few months previous to that visit I waited almost the same amount and when I got to the window I made mention about the time it took and the employee said nothing. Today I waited 24 minutes in the drive thru went inside and waited another 20 minutes..No one seemed to care...several people left waiting to be served. If my little grandchild wasn't begging nuggets I would have left...the employee handed me my food, no I am sorry for your wait..I asked to speak to the manager was told he was busy...finally the manager looked up from fixing food said they were short handed and he didn't have time for my complaint...Needless to say I will not go back...

This location sucks. I been there twice and I have encountered bad customer service and a wrong order. I love burger King but I won't go to that location.

We pull up to the Drive-thru, order a cherry icee... Strike 1, "Our machine is broken down for the night." Asked for a whopper, strike 2, "We only have Whopper Juniors." Fine. Strike 3, "We don't have lettuce, tomatoes or pickles." Really? "Yeah, we're about to close, so we're out of a lot of stuff." It is 10:25, hours of operation say you close at 11. Amazing.

This location has incompetent people working there. Placed my order at 12:35 for a #8 original chicken sandwich plain and not cut. Somehow the person rang the order up with cheese and for my sandwich to be cut in half. Tried 3 times to have her correct the order before pulling forward to the window to pay for our order. When we get to the window she finally corrects the order and gives us the correct receipt. We get our order and my sandwich is cut in half. So I go inside with my cut sandwich and both receipts, the incorre t one that is taped to the bag AND the corrected one that we paid for. They order another chicken sandwich plain, got off the broiler which takes 3 minutes to cook, my sandwich comes up and they bag it up, I check it before leaving the counter and it has lettuce and mayonnaise on the sandwich. I ask for the manager because I want my money back. The manager takes his time to go to the drive thru register. All of a sudden 21st 12:58pm, 23 minutes later, they produce a plain chicken sandwich (again.. It only takes 3 minutes to cook) and he never refunded my money. I made a comment to him that it took 3 tries to get a plain chicken sandwich and he begins raising his voice yelling at me!! To tell at a customer is unacceptable. While I was waiting a gentleman and his family came in, he and his son was waiting at the counter for at least 7 minutes. The man kept saying excuse me I'd like to place an order. After waiting and calling to the employees 3 times he called his wife the rest of his family from the dining area and they left. THIS ESTABLISHMENT NEEDS A CHANGE IN MANAGEMENT OR THEY NEED TO CLOSE THIS LOCATION.
