My first experience here due to staff was VERY unpleasant. I would never have went back but my boss wanted lunch there today so I went to pick it up. The lady at the counter named Blue completely changed my mind and I would love to come there as long as the staff is like her. Friendly and bright and truly takes care of customers. Thank you for a better experience here!

Here we go again. Now a year later from last review, two years later, was hoping Firehouse might get it right, but here we go again. Yet again a wrong order delivered, wrong order entirely. Look for the thrilling manager response, which will be completely unrelated to my comment and instead talk about how excited they are about getting away with taking your money for nothing. Called stealing when I was growing up.

Okay, close to a year later we try this one more time. They still got the order wrong. Looks like same manager is there, so clearly she doesn't care how much they slop up. :(

Currently my favorite Firehouse location. I gave feedback, and the manager listened, remedying the issue. They always have my online orders available when requested, and they never leave off or add in ingredients. Amazing service!

Ordered 2 Subs and 2 Cookies, we ask if the Cookies were in the bag and the lady says yes. Got home no Cookies, Called back and talk to the lady about the the order, she didn't care,talked to the Manager, didn't care either. Will never go back to this Firehouse Subs again. The customer service is terrible.

Usually very good. Today (May 5) was not one of those days. Phoned in an order at 12:10 p.m. or before. Was told sandwich would be ready for pick up around 12:20 p.m. Got to location at 12:25 and sandwich wasn't ready. By 12:45 sandwich STILL wasn't ready, so I had enough, got my money back and just left.
I'm not sure if I'm coming back... And I'm not being dramatic either.
While I was there, I saw AT LEAST half a dozen orders screwed up and sent back. And, when I was getting my money back, the person apologized but it just came off really "oh well, ho-hum." Damn, why do you have to disappoint me so much?
