The experience starts when the person takes your order. When asked for my order I should only have to tell them once and not three times when I speak very clearly. I came here during a rush of other lunch crowd patrons via drive-thru and I got a few trays. Everything was hot and made the way that I asked. The food was cooked perfectly. This cookout is a lot better than the one on Two Notch Road.

Usually like cook out but this the food wasn't cooked correctly. Some was burnt some was cold. Fries were awful. I gave this rating because of prior visit. As always milkshakes were great.

It was nice that this place is open til 3am. I needed something to eat after work and it was the closest place still open. Friendly service, reasonable prices, dual drive-thru lanes for faster service.
