Firehouse Subs

Yesterday, while eating at the Spring Valley location, I was very disappointed to see 2 people, waiting for their lunch, vaping in the restaurant. I didn't realize this was ok. It was busy, but surely someone that works there must have seen it! Very disgusted. If I need to wear a mask, when I am not eating or drinking, then they should have not been able to vape. Employees, pay attention!!!!!

Visited the firehouse subs on Spring Valley on 2FEB to grab a quick bite because I have always enjoyed fire house subs. I ordered a sub with no tomatoes due to an allergy. Unfortunately, when I got home to eat my sub it had tomatoes. I called the store to complain and they told me there is no compensation other than driving back and picking up another sub. I gave them another chance and visited on 13 FEB. This time when I received my food I was sure to check it before leaving the building. Again, it was wrong!! They excused themselves stating that there was a new system. Check your order!!

First time I’ve had a real issue with this location. It’s lunch time and I placed my order through the firehouse subs app. I drive to this location to get my delicious sandwich and large cup. I walk over to the drink machine and one of the employees is cleaning the drink machine. Normally this wouldn’t be an issue, however I’m on my lunch break. I’m trying to rush so I can get back to work and eat. Now because he’s cleaning the drink machine, obviously I can’t get anything to drink out of that machine but I also can’t get any ice for tea which has nothing to do with the drink machine. I don’t have time to wait for him to finish cleaning the drink machine. I decide to take my cup and just get tea with no ice. I start filling my cup with tea and the pitcher runs out of tea. So now I have a choice, to wait on them to brew more tea, wait on the employee to finish cleaning the drink machine or leave with my half filled cup of tea. Keep in mind I’m on my lunch break and I don’t have much time to get back to work and eat so I left firehouse subs today with a delicious sandwich and a half of cup of tea. Poor planning, I would suggest not having your employees clean the drink machine during the busiest time of fire houses day lunchtime.
