Sub Station Ii

I WALKED OUT! This place is FILTHY inside! Dust all over the counter, food stand, camera, doors, fixtures, walls. IT needs a serious DEEP CLEAN! SHUT IT DOWN AND CLEAN IT! CLEAN IT CLEAN IT! I didn't even order food I deserve to eat someplace clean. Staff was nice even when I told them I would not eat there because of how it looked. Staff two thumbs 👍🏾👍🏽 up!

My family went to get us something to eat tonight and wanted some Sub station because they make fresh subs right in front of you. The customer service was horrible from the cashier but the manager was cool to a certain degree. When we ordered our food the young black tall and skinny guy at the register act like he didn’t want to be there. He didn’t repeat the order, ask if we wanted white or wheat bread, no smile and was talking about the us to other customers laughing. I caught on to what was going on.A customer ask me what you’re not happy with the service I said No he act like he didn’t want be at work : The manager Tony said oh he is just in his feelings? I said in front of customers? That’s why I don’t come here that much after today I will not . I will go to Subway or Firehouse Subs etc The manager need to stop letting employees be unprofessional in front paying customers because those subs are very expensive at this unsanitary establishment. Also when my family left I look back and the manager and the employee was talking about us . The employee holding his phone in the air with the same gloves he is about to make a customer sub with ? Rude, unprofessional, unsanitary and expensive.They need to. be shut down

This place was absolutely disgusting!! If I could give 0 stars I would. We called multiple times and no answer. We got there and called and they blatantly ignored the phone and an employee asked "Are you going to answer the phone" the other employee who was sitting down said " why would I do that?" . It was dirty and the employee wiped down the meat machine and used the same rag to wipe the counter. There was raw meat sitting in the dessert fridge which was disgusting. I will never return and I recommend you drive another 6 minutes to Lexington like we did. You will definitely leave here with a stomach virus if your brave enough to eat there. I sure wasn't. Dont say I didnt warn you.

3 out of 5 because the food is good. The dark skinned guy that fixes the sandwiches always have an attitude when I go in to order. When I asked him to spread the extra mayo out on the sandwich he only spread out half of it. I was so turned off by his attitude that I forgot my banana peppers and didn’t even want to eat inside. He needs an adjustment or to do another job for a living.

This is a local favorite of ours for sub sandwiches. The sandwiches here are fantastic. They are different than most sandwiches though because of the mixture of lettuce and onion with oil and vinegar they use. It brings back memories of eating Baldinos in the Coastal Empire growing up. The shop isn't anything to write about and between that and the Pepsi fountain, they only draw 4 of 5 stars but their sandwiches are excellent and the managers and employees are very nice every time we go.
