The service is excellent and the food was amazing, spent $35 for food and drinks for two, had enough left overs for another meal! I live an hour away and it's worth the drive every time, I wish I could give it 6 stars
Fantastic food at a great price. The Turkish bread is out of this world. Crusty on the outside and so soft and fluffy on the inside. Perfect for scooping up the smooth creamy hummus. My husband and I shared the Mazza Platter and the Filfillah platter and there was so much food that we ended up taking 2 boxes home after we were both really full. The falafel were outstanding dipped in the yogurt sauce. The shish kabobs were tender and delicious, the Adana kabob and shawarma were fabulous. We will definitely be back.
This place is such a gem on Central. They have the nicest employees that treat you like family and the menu is big enough to make everyone happy but not overwhelming.
Whenever I order from my work down the road, I am the envy of all and the hero to those I share with.
My usual is the chicken shawarma on Lebanese bread with extra garlic sauce. That. Garlic. Sauce. I could eat it everyday on everything.
They have my husband’s favorite baklava he has had in all of the Midwest.
Please choose this place over the chain restaurants on Central. You will not be disappointed!
Stopped by on a drive back into town and was pretty impressed by the quality and hospitality. The cashier was to-the-point when taking my order, but was friendly and gave some recommendations. As it happened, I was in the mood for some chicken shawarma, and they did not disappoint. Out came a fresh entree plate with tender chicken with a fair spice blend and saffron rice, all seasoned with fresh parsley. Especially with a side, the food was enough for two meals and I certainly took a box home. My only regret was not trying the Baklava: it looked delicious, yet I had no room left. Just another excuse to come back and try more!
Really good food!! My husband says they have the best lamb and beef shawarma he's ever had. Will be going back.
The food was really good. One star less because of the taste which I found better in many other middle eastern restaurants.
Friendly service, rice had great flavor, loved the bread it was warm and fresh. I'm definitely looking forward to coming back!
Eat here!! Delicious food and amazing owners & employees! You have to get the Mazza platter (hummus, tabouli, falafel, dolma, etc.). The lamb & chicken skewers were good, and the cooked vegetable platter was really flavorful. The babka dessert was to die for! We dined-in and brought our grandma for her first falafel experience and she liked all the different flavors and trying new items. We will be back for dine-in and take out in the future!
