Del Taco

I went through the drive-through and ordered fish tacos, The girl threw the drive-through was kind of rude, I asked her if I can have some extra napkins and she just gave me a weird look, I also asked her for straws since she didn't give us any while I got my drinks, I already felt very uncomfortable as it was, When I took a bite of my fish taco, The tomato tasted like it was rotten already it was some kind of salt that they put on the fish tacos, Also my iced tea tasted horrible I spit that out so quick it tasted like it had been sitting on the bottom of the barrel, It had a horrible taste! I didn't go back because I didn't want the same experience as they were closed in the inside. I only was able to go through the drive-through. It's run by teenagers🙄... So they don't really care about customer satisfaction. I just won't be going to that Del Taco anymore.

So the line isn’t that long but we get to wait awhile. When we get to the window they asked the 3 cars ahead of me and myself to park in the front? The wait wasn’t too long when I got home I hit into the bland 2 for del combo burritos the cheese was only in the first bite there was no sauce of very minimum. The rush rush mentality definitely affected the quality of the product. I would rather wait longer can get my moneys worth in the taste. I’m assuming they’re being directed to hurry and get the orders out for the company’s sake but the burrito tasted horrible.

Los Angeles, CA 0201 3/17/2022 We stopped off the freeway on our way back from a vacation in Arizona. What a mistake. Unfortunately a car came in behind us on the drive through or we would have be gone. After waiting behind all of two cars for almost 15 minutes, a very rude kid by the name of Judah with all kinds of attitude announced from the speaker that we need to wait for whatever reason. I told them I had waited long enough and wanted to be served. A woman who claimed to be the manager was as bad. My meal was mostly inedible. My burrito seemed like it was over cooked in a microwave. I took two or three bites it went back in the bag. The fries was cold and gross. My wife had two fish taco's which after about 30 minutes I had to stop the car for her to literally throw up and the side of the road. I tried to call the place from the car and no one even answered the phone. This place needs the health department to shut them down. I am more than surprised that Del Taco allows what is most probably a franchise store to operate in this manner. I will call the health department, as well as Del Taco Corporate, but with the amount of complaints that one can read both on Yelp and Google I am more than sure my calls will not make any difference. STAY AWAY FROM THE DEL TACO & STAY HEALTHY!
