On our trip from Wisconsin we visited on Tuesday the 13th for lunch and were very pleased. For being in a bit "sketchier" part of town, the restaurant was very clean and kept up well. This seems to be a rarity in most fast food restaurants nowadays. I usually don't leave reviews for fast food, but I was surprised by the place and the staff deserves recognition.
I was really happy we tried this location. We had stopped going to Arbys because the location on the East side rarely got any order correct. The 3 cheese roast beef was really good. I'd never tried it before & was pleasantly surprised. The kids like the ham & cheese sliders. The onion rings were really good, cook perfectly and fresh. The staff was friendly & fairly quick. Now for the bad, the curly fries were not good. They were under cooked, old & cold. It was like biting into cold grease bombs. Usually the curly fries are crispy on the outside, soft on the inside and hot all the way through. The one we got, were none of those things.
The gentleman who was working the drive thru lane was one of the most friendliest people I've encountered at a fat food restaurant. I wish I would have asked his name. He deserves recognition!
I love my self made tourist guide Sylvia. she a friend of my Nephew. That took my on a Tour of the Mountains Sense I'm visiting from Minnesota. I really enjoyed my self.
I am a doordasher, and I had an order here! As soon as I pulled up to the drive-through, everyone was so nice, and they even gave me a shake on the house 😁 definitely check out this location, they are the greatest
Friendly staff and food was fresh and hot. They weren't too busy and I didn't wait long in the drive thru.
I don't care about the jokes about Arby's, it's great for the price and this location is the best. The staff was really friendly, and yeah, it's fast food and not a great job to most, but I didn't feel like any working there hated it, really professional and attentive.
Went through the drive thru and it was quick and painless.
The smokehouse brisket was very tasty and I love Arby's curly fries

This Arby's surprise me very clean all the workers were very professional and friendly I think I'll be going back to this one. Oh and the food was tasty too!
