Why would you tell me to pull forward when there are NO other customers. You really shouldn't tell anyone to pull forward anyway. You should take care of the people first come, first serve like the good old days. Love going here, but that is ridiculous.
I don’t usually leave reviews for fast food restaurants, but these guys definitely deserve more than their current 3 stars. Everyone in the drive-thru was polite and kind, and my fish sandwich and fries were perfect! Usually, fries are a hit or miss at fast food restaurants but that’s not the case here. This is the best McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Keep being awesome :)
I’ll be honest, this is one of the more consistent McDonald’s across the board. Friendly staff, warm food. Idk what else people are expecting. Prolly 1/6 times I get a little cooler food or wait awhile, but I’ve received gotten a wrong order.
This is the best McDonald's out there. Ashley the manager and her staff didn't waiver in their customer service of readiness to help even when they were short staffed and they had an out of line angry customer scream at them when the situation was obviously not their fault. Ashley smiled and was so nice to her and continued to try and help her while also making sure all of our needs were met. I apologized to them for her insane behavior even though I didn't know her. Ashley and her team were great.
McDonalds food is pretty much the same all the time unless its one of those times where its weird. I am writing this review to highlight an employee. His name is Rufus at the drive thru. EVERY time I have been he makes me smile and makes the visit a pleasant one. He is the way customer service should be. Maybe it's because he comes from a generation where entitlement wasn't a thing. People in customer service should take a note or two from this gentleman. I'll choose this location over others in the area based only on Rufus. Thanks again kind man. Have a blessed day!
Been here many a time, but today was worth a review. I have a big family, so our order was fairly large. Everything was as we ordered, except two burgers. I went inside to inform them, because we ordered plain ones and got ones with everything on it. They looked extremely busy but fixed it in no time, and the lady working the counter gave us a sunday for the inconvenience 🩷
I dont live in this area but I drove past and grabbed a quick bite. This is the best McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. The staff was clean, professional and very friendly. Got me through the line quick and all my food was hot and fresh!
They are always perfect super friendly and my food is usually right. They even have to deal with all those high schoolers across the street and they are still better then the rest of the McDonald’s in the city
What you expect from MCD's. Not this locations doing but the spicy nuggets were not very spicy. But the order was right and quick. Thanks.
