I had to go after seeing a champagne flight offered. Bitter orange, a jalepeno flavored orange, and a Lavender flavor. All 3 flavors were incredible. I also had an arrepita appetizer. It was incredible as well. The location is upstairs right next to The Urban Egg. I highly recommend for great drinks, fun appetizers and wonderful ambience. Tip is included in the bill. Read up on why! it's a great little backstory. They also have jazz nights and other tasty live music events. The wait staff is attentive and sharp. I think you will be impressed. Also when I went was a slow time on a Saturday but I'm guessing this place picks up quickly early evening.

Epiphany is an incredible restaurant! When you first walk into the building you must pay attention to the signs, because the restaurant is located on the second floor and there’s nothing on the first floor. An elevator will take you to the second floor, where the restaurant is located. The restaurant is well laid out and has a stage for live music. They have a great bar and the staff is amazing. I visited for brunch and ordered the Tres leches waffles, breakfast burrito and a Bloody Mary charcuterie board. All the food was amazing and I would order all the entrées again. The servers were very attentive and made me feel at home. Epiphany is located in the downtown Colorado Springs and a must try if you are in the area.

I love the moody atmosphere here; the decor was so well done. The food was phenomenal with lots of flavor. The drinks were strong. It was a bit expensive for two of us (having alcoholic beverages) so just be prepared for that. I like their tipping system (or lack there of) because it just makes sense. Will be back!

I came here for the 1st time since the remodel & restaurant. ( used to be the Thirsty Parrot bar) Its really pretty inside. The staff were all super friendly. But I'm here mainly to rate my food experience since I am a foodie! I would love if they expanded the menu items. The menu is small. I wish they would include a salad or fruit with your entree not just more fried food on top of fried food. My boyfriend ordered the Empanada meal which came with rice & a choice of plantains, tostones, or yucca fries. Growing up eating empanadas ( puerto Rican food) these weren't impressive- not much flavor, tasted like a hot pocket, the rice also came out cold. They were also out of beans. The drinks are delicious but man are they expensive! Overall the place is great. They have live music ( didn't experience)

If you're up for trying something a little different for Sunday morning brunch, give Epiphany at Tejon & Colorado a try. It's upstairs, right next door to the Urban Egg. Our server, Joseph, was friendly and a delight to talk to. The menu is a American Latin fusion. I enjoyed a Latte hand made by our server, Joseph. I ordered the Spanish Omlette (Jamon serrano) and Bunuelos. My friend, enjoyed the breakfast Arepas with an Americano coffee. All the food had wonderful depth a flavor and was made to order. No fast food here. The jazz music in the background gave a good vibe, so we still could carry on good conversation while waiting for our food. Although I did not try any alcoholic beverages, they offered a selection of libations that many people around us enjoyed. Hospitality is the norm here, but not for tips. The gratuity is included in the price of your food or drinks. I enjoyed the experience and will be back to try live music and dinner on a Friday or Saturday night.

Fantastic local five star spot. This is a must visit if you like creative cocktails and Latin fusion food. The vibe is laid back but classy. Included hospitality is awesome. Definitely adding Epiphany to the rotation of downtown Springs spots.

This place is one of my favorites in Colorado Springs. The food is amazing and the vibe is everything. Took my best friend here for birthday brunch and we already have plans to go back.

We were in Colorado Springs from Denver for a flower workshop at a local farm and stopped here for brunch on our way back. Lovely vibe, atmospheric decor, stellar cocktail list, really fantastic food. The mimosa flight delighted me. Well done.
