I mean, it's a Wendy's...
Sat in the drive through for over 5 minutes and no one moved, so I finally pulled out and just went inside.
Gentleman at the counter was very polite and professional.
Nacho Cheese fries were very cheesy. They did not skimp on the cheese so that was nice.
I've visited this specific location a few times, and I enjoy it. The inside isn't too cluttered, cook times aren't awful, and the staff are very nice. The food itself is good, tasty quality.
One of my favorite places to swing by for food, recommended. :)
Wendy’s is my go-to place for something quick. The food is always consistent, speedy service and friendly staff.
Consistency and quality is what will always put a fast food joint over the top of others. I’m not expecting 5 star service or food, and for a fast food place this particular Wendy’s in Colorado Springs is always spot on and the best one.
What can I say, I love Wendy's. This one is very clean and the staff is very helpful. It was pretty backed up when I got there, but that's to be expected.
I loved their bacon pub chicken sandwich, but I'm super sad they don't have it anymore!

Wendy's a place of love. Food, Service. Atmosphere fitting the season. Food is fantastic, and so is the atmosphere. Will be back.
Hi the manager Sarah at wendys on hartsel and woodmen was very kind,patient and had excellent customer service.They had forgot my cheese sauce on a prior visit and I called her and she made sure i received it tonight I was a very happy mama!I am pregnant with twins and she made my night by making my order and experience awesome..Also the wendys on stetson hills and tutt is absolutely horrible with poor customer service,the general Manger she was absolutely rude and awful for nearly 6 orders and visits straight.We will continue to drive all the way to the wendys on hartsel which is a 15 minute drive away from us and not the closest one on stetson hills near our house due the terrible general manager I belie her name is Sarah as well....Thx again Sarah at wendys on hartsel you rock and need a raise!!!!!
