I took my older assisted living residents here at this location (Fillmore St) for a lunch outing and the employees were super helpful and cooperative as we had a big order. Overall great experience. Thank you 🥰❣️

Sonic is known for its slow service, but this place is pretty quick when I've gone. There's a person there with cool contacts, think they're a supervisor/ manager or something, but they are really good at their job and always seems happy.

Desperately need help. Management is lacking, assistant managers I think.. Was not interested in helping me further after bringing my online order out. Wanted to talk to an off duty coworker whom seemed upset. Very young so I suppose she just thought it was appropriate.

I went through the drive through, wanted a shake and a bag of ice, they couldn't make shakes that night (this has happened a few times to me)they seem to run out of stuff a lot lately. When they do have what I want im completely satisfied.

I come here about once a week. Food is nearly always perfect. Sometimes the store is understaffed and some of the screens don't work. But staff like Brandon and Oskar, and Megan, are always friendly and willing to go above and beyond with their customer service. Love this location.

You guys are crap! Plain and simple, the wait times are ridiculous, the food never tastes that great. You being shame to the rest of the Sonic's around town. I way just there today, id#585606110100, was I'in the drive thru almost twenty minutes just to order, another twenty five just too get my food and the burger isn't even right. Tater tots taste burnt and extra salty and I payed thirty dollars for all this wonderful crap!! Yeah this is the last time I use you restaurant, I hope they shut you down or get a new staff. Thanks for the Crap and waste of my money!!!!

Went here this evening to get some drinks. Pull into the drive thru, the guy working gets on the speaker and say, "I am not making any shakes, blasts or concrete mixers" I would like to know when it's up to the worker to decide when he will or will not be making something! I guess that just shows the laziness of these workers. Terrible customer service, you all need to look into getting some new people that actually want a job and want to help people.

They are never open at 6:00. We usually stop on our way to work and wait in the drive in and there hours say they open at 6:00 am but they are never open.

I work at this location and all we care about is our customers and having fun! We're hiring so put in an application online and come stop by!
