The older ladys that work here make some mean sandwiches... The drive through can see you waiting a minute, but it's there... Like most fast food places it's more about the attitude and people working than anything. The food can go to either extreme depending on whose working, same ingredients.

The food tasted excellent to myself and my two companions. My vegan friend was able to get something she liked eating as well. We didn't eat there, due to getting there right before closing. I did happen to notice the place was quiet and clean so it would've been a good place to eat. The service was done by a great employee who was able to have a light banter and a genuine smile while she served us despite us coming in at the end of the night right at closing. Excellent service.

There was only one person in the store when i went in and she was clearly swamped but still had a wonderful attitude. I didnt catch her name, but please give her a raise because she managed to keep positive customer service in the face of online, in store, and drive thru orders all on her own! Definitely made for a memorable experience :)

I have been to many Subway locations in Colorado Springs and have to say this is the best one I've been to! I have ordered through the drive-through twice and both times have had such a pleasant experience. The employees are very kind and attentive and our sandwiches are delicious! This Subway is definitely the one you should go to for your next meal!

Brooke and Kaden helped me and my husband this afternoon. What sweet and funny people. They are so great! They have the best customer service I have experienced in a long time. The amount of patience to go through all my coupons and honor them. I mean what kind hearted people! I really hope they know they made our day and next time we visit I would be over thrilled to see them again!!

Was only my 2nd time going to this particular Subways and I must say the BEST ONE YET! Staff was friendly and funny both occasions and I did go at 2 different times with different crew each time. So next time I feel like Subways even if it means I'll have go out of my way to get a sandwich this will be my choice.

Only 1 girl working... she did a great job. My SON and I got there. We were the only ones there. She was the only one working. Right after we were ordering 8 additional people came in. She stayed pleasant and kept the pace going. She was great. So was our sandwiches. Thank you.

My son and I stopped here for a sub before the movies yesterday and the people who work here are SO nice! What great smiling, happy attitudes on both the lady and the guy who were working! And it was so clean!! I quit stopping at this location years ago, bc when I worked in an office close by, it wasn't very clean but it sure is now! It's like a new place.
Not to mention the lady who served us made the BEST sub I've ever had at subway. My new favorite store. We'll be back.
