The speaker/menu thingy (whatever it's called) had apparently been hit by a previous customer in a truck, so it was malfunctioning, but a friendly and helpful employee came out, took my order in person, then went back inside to ring it up. The whole situation was handled very well, efficiently and courteously. The food was also very good as well. I've no complaints!
The food was delicious but almost every time I order a Hamburger with NO CHEESE, they literally (not exaggerating) always add cheese! Unacceptable and inconvenient for paying customers.
At night, they dont like to make fresh anything, and you can tell, I'm pretty sure the food I was served would violate health standards bec because of how long it seemed to have been sitting. The staff seem to be good, though.
Always love their milk shakes, especially the Strawberry Cheesecake Shake.
Well, for the service, it can be a little better. For example, before bringing out your order, always double-check to make sure the order is complete.

Charlie (I think he’s a manager) was great. Another location messed up my order and wasted an hour of my time so I came here. Charlie was very helpful and polite and got everything fixed within 5 minutes. He should get promoted
