Usually my only gripe, which isn't voiced are the stale chips. One time, over the many trips taken to Chipotle i received uncooked rice in my burrito. They did give me another burrito at my next trip tho. Great eats, generous portions and awesome staff. Great music, clean atmosphere. Do enjoy!
It's always busy but the staff are fast and my order always accurate. They do frequently run out of items causing issues though; one time it was forks, another time it was ice, another it was soda completely. And it's $$; often $40 for two of us.
Sometimes the service can be hit or miss, but lately I’ve been getting nicer employees serving me. I chose to write this review for the sole purpose of putting good word in for who served me this morning; he was a young man with dark brown hair and it seems that every time I come in, he’s extremely efficient, quick, and always greets me with a smile and is always so nice! When his colleague asked for him to grab something for another customer, he did it happily without question. He deserves a raise for all of his great qualities! You guys got yourself a great employee. And yes, the food is always delicious! :)
Love chipotle but this location is not the very best. It’s pretty slow and I think this location just needs a little bit of better Organisation and a brush up training. Food is still good!

Perfectly marinated meat! Amazing flavors- we had a great time... You can taste the quality of the food!
They've lessened the portions pretty drastically while increasing the price.
At this location specifically, the system wouldn't allow card transactions so we ordered through the mobile app. We went back in to pick it up but their system shut down completely and had to get in line to give them the order - no big deal except they only have one person filling all these orders and they can't take anymore. There's one girl running around trying to make everyone happy and everyone else is just looking like they're cleaning up leaving this one guy to fill everybody's orders that were supposed to be filled already.
Teamwork guys, you're line would move faster and people would be out of here quicker thus making everyone involved happier.
Also, the music is too loud.

We were a little concerned stopping at this location while starting our road trip (given the low rating), but we experienced zero issues getting lunch. Food was good, servings were properly-sized, there was no line, and customer service was top notch.
Fast service and great food! One of my favorite fast-casual restaurants. Their rewards program is awesome if you frequent the chain like I do!
Is a good food eventually, prices had been increasing as everywhere but now the try to don't put as much as before.
