Miss Sally answered my phone call and was very patient with me while ordering my Pizza order. Very down to earth employee and professional beyond anyone I have come in contact with, During a delivery call. And it had been months. Good for her, promote ahead of peers. Or at least a raise. Corporate. She deserves this.
Everything was good, and promptly ready. But the person taking orders was not a good listener and was nit un the least concerned with providing anything beyond basic order taker, did not make any effort to make surecwe got what we wanted. I packet parm we asked for at least 4 offered to oay if needed. Asked for kg glassvof ice and offered to pay for full price of drink instead was given small cup less tha 1/3 full and told that the most I will do...I told him I would pay for drink to get a large cup of ice abd he said no. I was not happy at all nobeffort to provide any dipping sauce for the wings, and when asked, I was told they aren't free, and you didn't ask for them on Time, and I don't want to ring up another separate order. I was happycwith what we got but wouldn't let the same person ever take a other order for me . We did not tip him abd he eve. Commented that he could add a tip onto the charge very easily we said no thanks but I don't think he understood he earned no tip because tips reflect the service . I worked for tips all my life and the good tips are in being willing to.get the extras right and making an effort to give customers what they want not what you think we don't really need it's not your call dude and it cost you.
98% of the time I have no issues with this location. There was an incident one time a driver was careless and our pizza was delivered as practically a taco because they dropped it or was drifting in their car on the way to my house. Apart from the high cost of delivery and a malfunctioning app, both which take away from the experience and of course not the fault of the local pizza hut store - this place has always had my carry out pizza ready in a reasonable time AND with good quality. There have been times the app has messed up and the store has reconciled it for us, thankfully. The app has malfunctioned and straight up stole money from us before and customer service did absolutely nothing to fix it. Pizza Hut, take note, your app is stealing funds from people and we don't want returns in Pizza Hut products as the cash should have never transferred to your accounts.
For those of you who think 30-40 minutes is unreasonable for carryout let alone delivery you should consider changing your standards. I order carryout at off-peak and I am more than happy that my food is done in 20 minutes and ready to be picked up.
Anytime I have had a legitimate issue (i.e. food quality) I have had minimum problems getting it resolved.

There was a young man working close to closing time. I wish I remembered his name, but this location has the SWEETEST employees and perfect customer service! I was tired and cranky and actually went home in a good mood!
Looong wait. Gave me over-cooked Bread Sticks for my long wait. I asked for a drink but they couldn't do that. Otherwise. My food was good but not stuffed like on TV! My favorite location since EVER though!
Under new management & doing much better. Friendly staff & products are looking & tasting great.
Pizza was prepared quickly, at pick up it was Hot and tasted great
