A lot of wonderful coffee places have sprung up in COS last few years, and I have enjoyed them all. Somehow had never been here until yesterday. This place has incredibly good food and wonderful coffee, nowhere better. Enjoyed conversing with someone there about their coffee blends and varietals. 5 star quality on everything -- food, beans, in-house coffee, service. Plan to buy a lot of this coffee in upcoming months.
update: bought some scones today -- o. m. g. that's what a scone is supposed to be, but almost never is.
Some of the best coffee I've ever had. As a self proclaimed "coffee aficionado" I find that their roast times produce a cup of coffee or espresso that is just about as perfect as you can get!
I'm at Red Dog in Manitou Springs because they don't open for an hour and it is 45 min RT from my house. Red Dog is where I fist found CCM beans and I pay a bit more for them.
I'll fly 4 bags Monday as carry-on. I do 5# a month of CCM Sinatra beans and generally one friday steak night a month.
On site, the espresso pulls are great. I do shots over ice. They use a Ball aluminum cup for cold drinks ...just another level above plastic or paper and more earth friendly.
Every bag packed with care and signed.
Service gets 4 stars because of later opening hours. 8 during week. 9 on Sat. I understand, but that is why I am enjoying CCM coffee somewhere else.

The best steak we had in Colorado Springs. Remember they only serve steak on Fridays 5pm to 7pm. Everything on that plate is organic. Butter is homemade too. Their dessert and coffee complemented a delightful meal. I told the chef aka owner that the steak should receive a Michelin star. We love our gorgeous server Audrey who is so attentive and has made our day. We need to go back for their morning coffee and pastry soon.
Nice ambitious place with coffee served during the day and steak dinner on Friday night. I only suggest changing the steak night to Saturday night because Friday rush traffic is heavy. The dinner area had pleasant vintage music playing, and historical pictures displayed on the walls. Pleasant experience: I had a glass of wine with a delicious oatmeal bar.
This is an experience you won’t find anywhere else. Everything is of the highest quality even though the prices don’t seem to reflect that. The coffee is affordable even though they’re roasting their own beans on site for everyone to see. I was given an aluminum cup to go too. It’s just an all around great coffee shop.
This is a wonderful little coffee shop to come in too for privacy and the ability to just relax. It's a very quiet atmosphere and if you really want to get some work done and have a nice peaceful place to hang out... this is it

I cant say enough great things about this place; it has ruined other coffee for me. They store the beans properly so they are still fresh once I make my cup at home. Staff is always so friendly and have the highest standards for what they give out. And if you haven't gone to steak night on Friday nights your missing out BIG time. And they pay living wages so they won't accept tips, and any given get donated. I just love the whole vibe here!!
