I was turned on to village in pies in Texas, I'm used to BILL MILLER pies as they have the best pecan pie! Village inn has the most delicious silk pies.... had carrot cake & a little pricey at 29.00 but worth every penny!
They should have samples however
I wasn't too sure about this place because of the reviews but I enjoyed the visit. Food was excellent and superb service. I can't remember the waitresses name but we got a table quickly, and also got our food super quick after we ordered. Waitress and restaurant manager kept checking up on us to make sure we were good. Will definitely be back!
We go to this village in every time one of our performing arts groups finishes up a performance. They have great customer service and are always open to having our 20t groups be seated. The food is good and options are endless. Amy is typically our waitress and we couldn't hope for anyone better!

Definitely a good experience for a breakfast chain restaurant. Food was well prepared, location was clean and hostess and server were super friendly and on top of taking care of the patrons. The only reason I can't give it 5 stars is, that the coffee wasn't good. Not sure if it's the brand they use or if there was soap residue in my cup, but it had a strange taste to it. We also took home a whole keylime pie, which according to my better half, is the best in town.
