The customer service is amazing. We were greeted with smiles and our orders were taken right away. We'd never been to a Pita Pit before and we ordered a build your own bowl. There was a miscommunication on the order and the people on the line apologized for the wait, but it wasn't bad at all. Our bowls were huge and we definitely didn't leave feeling hungry. We checked out ingredients online and the calories for the entire bowl were only 590.

The 2 people working today were very welcoming and friendly, excellent customer service. Their positive attitudes made it a great experience. I got the gluten free wrap and they took extra care to limit cross contamination, greatly appreciated. Just due to the service from those 2, we will definitely be back. And the GF wrap was amazing!

Great food, nice clean place. We need more healthy food options so I was super happy when this Pita Pit opened. Great portions for the price and the employees working are great at their job, hustling front and back while still being friendly and fast. Definitely coming back

Place is conveniently located in the heart of Mesa Ridge, employee was amazing, very friendly and helpful. Pitas we’re done properly and both were very tasty! Easily run in for a bite to eat and some snacks right next door. Sorry, no pictures I ate it all before I remembered.

We stopped in the N. Nevada location for lunch on 9/25/21 and Chelsea was the only one working, but she did an excellent job at handling everything on her own! She jumped from the register to cooking all the orders. Even though it was really busy, she still greeted every guest that came through the door, and she also made sure to thank every guest after they were finished and leaving. We didn’t mind waiting a little longer since all the food is made to order. I sure hope the owners read the reviews and realize what a gem they have with Chelsea, she is such a hard worker and I hope the owners consider giving her a raise, because she works extremely hard. Thanks for great service and food Chelsea!

I got a buffalo chicken pita here earlier this week. It was delicious! The young man that was cooking was happy to leave the onions out and cook some mushrooms on the grill at my request. The young woman working the register and preparing the pita with my toppings was very kind and efficient. I will definitely be back!

For a Pita Pit in a gas station, this location is quite nice. The cook was extra friendly and liberal with his portions. I would recommend this if you're hungry at the pump over any old bag of Lay's or stale danish from ye olde filling station.

This place is my go to when I need a tasty and healthy meal but I don't have time to cook it for myself. Everything here is absolutely awesome! The food is incredible and there is an incredible employee there who ought to be a manager one day. Victoria is extremely professional and very welcoming and she always remembers my order. I have managed pizza huts in the past and she is someone who I would definitely pass on to corporate to climb the ranks. Thanks again and I look forward to my next incredible meal down there!

Stopped in as I was in the area. First time at any Pita Pit. I ordered the souvlaki pita. Quite tasty, generous portion. Also ordered a side of falafels. They were okay, but I don't think I'll order them again. Overall, a good lunch option next time I'm in the area.

Only one employee working but he was very nice and quick to make our meal. The gyro pita as well as chicken bruschetta bowl were tasty and fresh.

I like popping into pita pit when I want easy, yet healthier options. The portion options are nice to have too, of course. It's the wrap version of subway, but better tasting with staff that have pretty good conversation. Decent prices, decent food. Solid pick for quick and yummy food.

The staff are, of course, that of a fast-food establishment. I do my best not to fault them if things are slow but at the same time thank them for their work.
The ingredients, on the other hand, don't seem that of what I'd expect when thinking "fast-food". Every order so far has turned out well so I have no reservations exploring their menu in full.
Recommend giving it a try but if it should happen, try not to judge the establishment on one bad experience.

We just recently found this place and it is so underrated. They grill everything fresh for each order and it’s so delicious. Chelsea made our pitas for us today and she did a great job taking care of us!

Chicken pesto was good. I hadn't been in before. The service from the lady at the counter where I paid for my food was good, she was kind and not hurrying me in the least. The other lady that was making my food was ok. Knew it was to go and just put the wrapped pita up for me, no bag, no words.

Love the food but delivery service has been really poor. Two orders ago when my food arrived after 90 min I was told, "Sorry it's so late; we gave you 4 cookies instead of 3." Last night I tried again. I ordered about 4 and received confirmation email saying it would be delivered before 4:56. At 5 I called to check on the status and was told, "Oh, yeah. Your order is made and sitting here. We were just waiting for more orders to come in and be made in your area so they could be delivered at the same time. But she should be leaving in, I dunno, 5 minutes." I live basically off Rockrimmon/I-25 which is 5 min away if traffic is bad. When it still hadn't arrived another 30 min later I called again and asked to be refunded. Especially considering I'd been told my food was ready but had just been sitting out. I was asked my name and told to mention it the next time I order and, "Maybe my manager will, like, wave the delivery fee... or something...but your name will be in a book so, like...yeah..."
