What a fantastic place! My husband and I went for the opening day, and to say we were impressed is putting it lightly. The meat for our subs was sliced fresh right in front of us, and both hot and cold subs taste delicious. What's more than that is the friendly, upbeat employees that took care of us. I would highly recommend anyone to come here and give them a try!

We ordered sandwiches for our company retreat. All week I had been dealing with nightmare catering situations (rude vendors and wrong orders). The team here was always delightful to talk to, and super helpful when I called with allergy questions. Several members of our team have a severe gluten allergy and they made sure their order was correct. The team here even helped me load the food in my car. Absolutely awesome customer service!! It's the little details that make a big difference and the team here was on top of it! They deserve 10 stars, not 5

Just another over-the-top sub sandwich, the Big Bacon Club fixed Mike's way was awesome today. Don't bother with all the other SUB par sub sand shops, Jersey Mike's is the real deal. 5 Thumbs Up for friendly customer service too.. Sure wish the tiny bags of air and 8 chips didn't cost so much.
I got a coupon from a customer of mine as a tip. It was for a free sandwich never been to Jersey mikes and after trying the Jersey Shore sandwich im hooked. The guy who made my sandwich and cashed me out was fantastic explained the sandwich and asked if I was ok with everything. Will be back.
Even with a very long line and multiple sandwich orders per person, they worked pretty fast and at lunchtime. Best subs in town!
Love the subs here! The #7 is the bomb! Had a few different subs and this one is always my go to. They are fast, quick and easy. A little pricey for subs but it is really good.

UPDATE: Love this place definitely my favorite sub place in town. They have a wide variety of different subs and their hot sandwiches are heavenly. Ie the big kahuna, Customer service here is excellent recently had an experience where there was a mix up in the order and Trinity and Thomas took care of everything no questions asked. Not only did they fix the problem they made me feel like a valued customer would definitely be coming here again thank you!
Pretty busy store fast service. My daughter had an Italian, and I had beef cheese steak good sandwiches.
