Hands down the best KFC location in the Springs. I've been to a few and only go to this location from now on. They're super quick, the food is crazy hot and fresh, and the people seem really nice.
By far the best experience I have had in Colorado at KFC. This KFC is the only one in town that doesn’t suck. The food was hot, fresh and delicious.
The young lady taking orders was very customer service oriented and friendly. The manager was on point and the staff was working hard serving customers. They even helped a guy that came in after leaving the drive thru of the Austin Bluffs location where they forgot his sides.
I will return with my family. The Colonel would be proud.

Went through the Drive through at Noon time. One car ahead of us. Ordered, and
SERVICE WAS FAST at the window. No long wait. Paid, and three meals were already in a bag for us.

Food was great. Ordered online 30 minutes before scheduled pickup. Got there at the correct time. Had to wait more than 10 minutes for my order.
The lobby is closed to the public. I find that smart, our local COVID numbers are BAD! I applaud the management for helping the employees remain safe and healthy.
The only kfc I've been to in town that actually stays open until the time online says they are. All the others will ignore you and shut off thier lights when you pull up. Sarah was working the drive thru. She was very nice. Brought out my food to me and had a great additude. Halla-stinking-luah!
We partook of the classic A&W Root beer Float. The vintage treat that always taste so good!
For fast food, this is one of my favorite places. They’re quick and the food always tastes the same, which is a good thing. The Papa Burger is one of the best fast food burgers and is very underrated. Also, the fries are amazing.
I was in a pretty bad mood when I went here and it didn’t help when they told me it would be a twenty minute wait for our order. We actually cancelled it the first time only to decide “whatever, we’ll just waste twenty minutes” and go inside and re order. The wait actually took half an hour. Having said all of that, the staff handled it well and were very nice to us about it. The store itself was clean and when we did finally get home, the food was great (and obviously super fresh). The wait was probably the result of the person ahead of us buying a ton of food (they brought our three bags of food for that person later) so I’m not gonna hold it against them. Like I said, I wanted to be mad but you guys were great. Thanks.
